After I submitted my lost & found request, she followed up with a phone call within about 10 minutes, which was extremely efficient and reassuring. During the call, she asked detailed and thoughtful questions about the lost item—many of which I had not previously considered—which clearly demonstrated her professionalism and experience.

After the call, she promptly sent an email requesting additional photos to further assist the search. This proactive approach was very helpful and gave me greater confidence in the recovery process.
