2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s).
4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher.
5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM.
Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears.
6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to
receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.

Run by Wowcher. Terrible when things go wrong!
When things go wrong, prepare to be ping-ponged by AI bots who repeat information and human agents who repeat the bots. There is no customer support line. Across their website and app checkout process, they widely advertise the ability to redeem unused vouchers towards payment for other vouchers. But they do not mention anywhere that 50% of your original voucher value will be binned. This case has been escalated via Resolver and will be taken to Trading Standards shortly. Update: I have sent you the details.

the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This

NO way to get in touch with issues that works: abysmal
I am trying to get in contact with anyone at 5pm/wowcher organise a refund. I am getting precisely nowhere.
The email has failed.
No-one responds to whatsapp.
It's beyond frustrating and it is discriminatory of those that can't navigate the IT.

Event can't be booked due to misleading expiry of voucher
I bought a voucher for a round of golf for 3 plus breakfast and lunch as a Christmas gift in December, reassured by the webpage saying the round could be booked up until September 2026. I then received an email on 1st of April warning of coming expiry and called the golf club to book a summer date but was told they could only accept bookings 2 weeks in advance and to call back closer to the time.
Now that I have booked the for my father in law the website says the voucher is non refundable and has expired. If the event can only be booked two weeks in advance do not suggest it can be used till September or October if it will expire 5 or 6 months earlier! Very misleading and I am very unhappy!
