Confusion with expiry and redeem dates
Due to confusion with expiry dates and my interpretation of what “redeem a voucher” meant on hotel voucher and not being able to phone up to query, I didn’t redeem the voucher within the days specified and lost £249 and my holiday.
At the time of purchasing the voucher, I could only find a phone number for the hotel that the voucher was for and was advised by them not to worry about expiry dates.. so I didn’t..
It was only when I tried booking my holiday that I discovered the problem. I eventually found a working email address for 5 pm and was advised that I wouldn’t be getting my holiday or my money back due to the above.
I won’t be using 5pm again. 🙁
UPDATE: Thank you very much for refunding our money as a gesture of goodwill. I shall be able to get my holiday now! 😊. This has made me change my mind about 5pm.co.uk wowcher and I will use them again but will redeem voucher before expiry date.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that.
I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If
the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This
information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a
gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
Many Thanks

Easy to order
Easy to order, and fantastic to get the extra discount with the VIP trial. Just a bit confused about the redeeming vouchers aspect. Annoying that I need to redeem each on individually.
