Dean delivered my hire bike and collected my damaged bike
He gave me ample time in advance to when he would arrive and arrived on time
He was very articulate and friendly in his approach thougout the process
Made me feel at ease and a credit to 4 th Dimension to coming out so quickly

Was referred RAC bike insurance. I was a little disappointed since their 1st 'option' was I pay for repair myself or claim off my policy. However doesn't seem fair when incident wasn't my fault. 4th Dimension reversed that disappointment massively with friendly reassurance

Graham came to deliver the hire bike for me, really quick process and nice to talk to

I have to say, this has been some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from a garage. Bike was in for some lengthy repairs after being stolen, however there was excellent communications from start to finish, with regular and proactive progress reports by email every step of the way. Just had it delivered back to my house by Tony and the bike is as good as new.

Great experience with 4th dimension. Especially Graham who dropped off and picked up my hire bike. Kept me informed of timings, arrived on time and explained everything to me about the bike, the paperwork etc. A very pleasant experience

I must say 4TH dimension have been absolutely Brilliant. Unfortunately it's the first time in 20 years of riding, I've had a motorbike written off, especially a bike I really wanted and only got to enjoy for a few months. I got a courtesy bike straight away with no fuss or hassle. The recovery driver was brilliant and very accommodating when he delivered the courtesy bike and took my bike away. I can't remember his name but English chap with glasses. With 4Th Dimension I was informed of all the steps and what was happening. In particular, my conversation with David P, this was the pinnical of my experience. He was the one to break 💔 the news my bike was to be written off as uneconomical repair. He could tell I was rather upset 😭. But he took the time and effort to explain everything to me, even to the point of searching for equivalent bikes and prices. I really wanted my bike back, but he explained the facts and figures. Which help me make the best decision. I appreciate your time and efforts, top man. So thanks 4TH dimension team and especially David P, you saved me from my wife strangling me and kicking me out. It's not nice what's happened but good service and compassion can make best of a bad situation. Ride safe all.

100% a scam company. I was pulling my hair out with stress for 6months while 4th dimension sent back a broken motorcycle that was dangerously unsafe to ride. They refused to fix it, i had to get my insurance to step in and sort the case.

I did a subject access request, which shown 4th dimension were trying to deny my claim even though the other party's insurance admitted fault in the first week. They were sending emails to my actual insurer to say this.

I was left without a vehicle for 3 months, as they refused to take back my bike after they claimed it was fixed. Eventually AXA awarded me a high level of compensation for mishandling the case, which was attributed to 4th dimensions shady practices.

For the love of god, don’t let them near your motorcycle.
