AVOID!!!!
As a vehicle dealer, I have had serious issues with this warranty company and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
The product was sold to me on the basis that it “covered everything”, which has proven to be completely inaccurate. Claims handling has been inconsistent and extremely frustrating throughout.
There were also occasions where customers were contacted directly and given misleading information. In one case, a claim was initially rejected, then later accepted after challenge, only for a subsequent claim to be refused again without proper consistency or explanation.
The overall experience has damaged customer confidence and created unnecessary problems for my business. Due to the seriousness of the issues involved, I have now raised a formal case with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and supplied supporting evidence.
I would strongly recommend that dealers fully review the terms, exclusions, and claims process before working with this company.
Maybe you should invest better in training your sales executives. I am still pursing with the FCA with the evidence and messages I have proving other wise.

We dispute the comments made in this review.
At no point was the warranty sold as “covering everything”. All cover is strictly subject to the policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and covered component schedule provided at the point of sale.
The claim in question relates to a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), which is specifically excluded under Page 2 of the policy documentation. The repair therefore falls outside the scope of cover.
A previous claim under the same policy was approved in February where the failure related to a covered component. All claims are assessed individually in line with policy terms.
We note the reviewer is an experienced motor trade operator and would reasonably be expected to understand standard warranty exclusions and limitations.
We reject any suggestion of misleading information and confirm all decisions were made in accordance with the agreed policy terms.
This constitutes our full and final response on the matter.
