Dit is een professionele scam organisatie. Op de website w w w 1outletsglobal com werd er geadverteerd met een robot van EUR 200,-- Van mijn creditcard werd EUR 260,-- afgeschreven. Gemeld bij hun. Ik kreeg een vaag verhaal over currency conversion rate. Het product is nooit geleverd. Ik kreeg een heleboel mailtjes dat ze het zo erg vonden voor mij en dat ik voor EUR 260 credits kreeg op het 10utlets account. Natuurlijk wilde ik mijn geld terug. Na dreiging met een juridisch mailtje en tussenkomst van de ING bank. Uiteindelijk mijn geld teruggekregen. Ben blij met de creditcard van de ING:) Dus wees gewaarschuwd....BESTEL HIER NIET

This company are offering antihistamines at incredibly low prices. Just about to order when l noticed that if the goods are not in stock they will.issue a refund to buy goods from their store. So that s their game. Headed over to trustpilot and sure enough, first review l see, someone has been caught out on exactly that. I m betting that had l placed an order l would have been sent a credit note. I knew it! Oh and they publish obviously fake reviews.

Placed an order, they took my money immediately and a week later said they couldn't fulfil the order and credited my account. Ordered something else, a week later, couldn't fulfil. Asked for a refund and they said it could take up to 28 days to receive.
Well!
After 31 e mails of empty promises I'm still waiting for my refund. This is from January 2023.
28 days is a joke but a year and a half is just obscene. How is this terrible company allowed to do this?

Can’t leave a zero star rating so 1 it is. If you read through the reviews you will see that all good reviews are in broken English. So they aren’t genuine. I ordered from them before checking the reviews but it seems that doesn’t make any difference as most reviews are probably fake anyway. Haven’t received my goods and they have my money. I was even charged by my bank as the amount had to be converted. No mention of this when I ordered. I would not recommend this company at all. They keep fobbing me off by replying to my emails in broken English about customs as follows:
“We are trying to keep fulfilling your order. However, because the item has to go through many transit customs, it takes that long for us to deliver your package. “

If anyone can explain what this means, please let me know!

They were unable to fulfill my order and after I requested a refund they credited my account. I asked for it to be sent back to my credit card and they responded to my email at first then stopped. I then managed to speak to someone on WhatsApp who also sent me an email apologising and confirming the refund would be made. That was 4 weeks ago and they are again ignoring my messages and not answering my calls. 😡

BEWARE ! If I could give a minus review I would . Waiting over 8 months for a refund . My orders were never sent , so I kept ordering different items , nothing came so I was told my money would be refunded , Eight months later still waiting

I wished that I’d read the negative reviews before purchasing any goods. I purchased goods on 15th March 2024 and I have still not received the goods on 15th July. I have contacted 1Outlets by email and phone on 7 different occasions. They state that the goods are no longer available and offer you a credit note for an alternative purchase. You are then informed that the alternative items are no longer available either. This cycle continues indefinitely. I resorted to raising a dispute with my credit card company and suggest that others do so too, particularly within the 120 day deadline. 1Outlets is a complete SCAM designed to take your money and not provide any goods. Heaven knows how this fraudulent company have received any 5 star ratings, I can only assume that those ratings are FALSE. Avoid these SCAMMERS at all costs, you’ll NEVER receive your purchases.

Rip off. They wont send the products or give you a refund.

Made an order over a year ago and it still says the order is processing on their system! Complete scam and awful company! Should be taken down, they’ve stole my money and ignore me. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
It’s an absolute disgrace how they rob people and advertise false products.
