I bought a product from this platform. Similar to other complaints, I made payment and was assured that the order was under processed & product would be sent to me. Then I was informed that there would be a delay. Subsequently after the supposedly period for delivery (including the apparent delay) ended, after a few enquiries, I was informed that the product is not available. I requested for a refund to me and after following-up, I was told that it has been credited into my "account". I demanded for a proper refund and I have not been replied to since then. This is a fraudulent platform. You are taking high risk to purchase products from this scam.

A scam website, email interaction, ultimately stalling tactics. No attempt to fulfill the order.

Total rip off. Ordered a pottery cat 2 months ago. Beginning of September they cancel my order saying they can't get an import license for this item to be bought into the UK. Can't import a pottery cat, what a lie.
So they've put a credit onto my account so I can purchase more stuff they can't supply. I have asked for my money back but apparently takes over a month to do.
A total rip off. Avoid at all costs.

So I was credited, no problem, I ordered something else, the same thing happened, tried once more. When they refund my money back, it was just 25 % of the amount. I have lost more during my life, but never again and be careful. Do not use this e-shop.

They don't ship your order just take your money, please remove them On search engine they just take your money and doesn't care about your order

I ordered an item for £80+ it was unavailable and could not be reordered.
So I was credited, no problem, I ordered something else, the same thing happened, tried twice more, asked for refund, I am still waiting over 7 months on.
They replied with every enquiry politely but never resolving anything.

Honesty is the main policy I show from this shop. They are really honest and give back my refund after 2 weeks. I will told everyone in my contact.

Do not buy from this site. Scam.

Ordered an item from this company, received emails stating delivery issues and after chasing up they stated they could not fulfil order, so would credit my account, I asked for a money refund. Never happened! Ended up with a credit after a couple of months of chasing them. Ordered another item using the credit, just so they wouldn’t have my money in their account ……and guess what… yep you got it… same emails. A company that scams people, avoid and amazed Singapore allows companies like this to operate.

Ordered an item, was advised it may be disallowed to enter the Philippines due to some techicalities. Ordered somethings else and same reasn given. Repeatedly requested a refund back into my credit card, nothing happened. Followed up refund after over 6 months, again nothing happened, told to check my credit card report and still nothing happened. Ordered a product to use up my credit balance, lets see what happens. a formerly satisfied to a dismayed customer. Not worth the trouble and disatisfaction. Dont even start I'd advise. Your can find good products with much lower price in Shoppee or Lazada, Amazon if you know how to look.

SCAM site I think, 5 weeks after ordering and paying, 2 chase up emails, received email that they were unable to furfil my order, they agreed to refund the money back onto my credit card opposed to their policy of store credit, months later, more emails, still no refund.

*** NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!***I am from the UK and have made three separate orders. All of the orders still only say still processing in the status 4 months later. I have sent many emails and have called and i am still waiting for a refund of £45. I eventually got an email saying they would only give me credit notes. Eventually i got them to refund my money but they said it would take up to 30 days to be received. 4 months on and still no items or a refund. The company is fraud and will steal your money.

1Outlets is a scam. They cancel the product, keep your money as in store credit and dont want to refund yourmoney to your bank card.
Please never buy anything from them...is a scam!

This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched.
I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded.
I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn’t even go though any more.
How can such a company be allowed to exist?
