From august 2023 to dic 2024 I placed several orders,
from lipstick to music records.
they cancelled my orders ONLY after I claim them, and they refund in store credit.
The reason always the same:
"The system rejects when the item may be - Not Permissible/ D.G. (IATA) / Discontinued/ Wrongful/ Restricted/ Controlled/ Prohibited or Unavailable by (i) the export country legislation, (ii) import country legislation, (iii) aviation requirements, or (iv) manufacturer's or brand's territorial restriction."

It's clear that they Will never send anything to Spain, so how I'm going to put the store credit to good use?

Don't shop from this site if you live in spain.

I purchased an item 437.91e of cardio check lipid panel strips September 8th 2024, which were not available. We agreed to cancel the order and they refunded the money but only on 1outlet account. I told them I want the money back on my credit card and they insisted I would use it on their webpage since returning international transactions is slow up to 6 weeks. I nevertheless asked to proceed returning the cash and they agreed on October 29th. Now it is December 2024 Monday and I still have no refund. If the money comes on my credit card I would update to remove this review.

Warning, this is a fraudulent company. I placed an order which was showing all in sterling, then through the bank Not approved by me within the order they added Singapore taxes, the order made no reference to it coming from Singapore. Then after 3 weeks waiting for order (after they had taken the money) I contacted them asking where it was. Only for the business to reply they needed to cancel the order and refund me. I’ve been chasing them for over 5 weeks now for this refund and it’s never come! I’m £80 down with nothing to show for it. DO NOT USE

Don't buy from 1Outlets!! I'm from Malaysia. They cancelled my order worth Rm1500++. When I ask for refund back to my credit card they won't process. Instead give me in store credit. I used the in store credit to buy more items, instead my orders were cancel again!! The support team just ignored my request for refund. I think this is a scam site. They will ship some items to some buyers to make them look legit, but most buyers will get "unable to ship" just like me.

Ordered items in July 2024. They cancelled my order. Ordered other items, they cancelled again. I wanted my money to my bank account, I didn’t get. Ordered another item 08/11/2024, they cancelled again. Absolutely shit company. Don’t buy anything from them.

Order placed 01/09. After a number of weeks advised that could not be shipped to UK. Offered "refund" which turned out to be a voucher for less than the order value. Requested refund to original card and advised that this would take "5-30 working days". After stated period no refund received and susequent e-mails ignored. Unsure whether this is a scam or just incompetence, but certainly won't be using again.

Coincidentally or otherwise, within 24 hours of submitting the above, e-mail received saying refund being checked. We will see.

Original purchase cancelled. They will only refund in store credit and cancel every following attempt to use the credit. Complete scam.

Scam avoid at all cost as per all the other reviews here. Report them to the consumer authorities in Singapore asap if you hv dealt with these disgusting people/business.

All pls stop buying from hear 1st they say it's in stock and then they cancel d order saying not in stock n refund u in-store credit
N when I mailed them saying I paid by card not by in-store credit they tell u the refund will take 5 to 30 days I said it's k send me to my card it's k with me for 5-30 days
Now it's 2yrs plus till today I dint receive my refund I keep on mailing to ask my refund they just ignore or sometimes say it's prossing when I ask about status of my refund they don't reply they even block my number I just call them with my frds phone

Absolute crooks. I just wish I had read your reviews before ordering anything. No delivery 3 months after ordering. How much money have they stolen from other customers?

SCAM! No update on order delivery after 3 months, when I followed up they quickly processed a refund but only to my website account, not to my bank account. I won't order from them again as I have no confidence in them fulfilling it.

I never got my order. After more then 1 year I got tired of there promises. I am still waiting for a refund, the promised again that everything will be alright. But unfortunately nothing is alright. I know that I will never see my money again. So please, don't make the same mistake.

Total scam- doesn’t pay refunds when can’t supply products. Should be banned from doing business. I lost US$700!
