I have been ripped off. They have not provided the product I paid for over a month ago. They have not given me a refund. Every email they send is a generic response and seems to contradict itself. I wish I had known to this this website before spending money with them as I can see very similar feedback. Total fraudsters.

1Outlet is beyond shady, it's a disgrace. Their scam is built on taking people’s money without attempt to deliver products, then hiding behind silence or Giuliana the AI Bot telling you "I am passing your request to my colleagues to help you check on your order and update you asap." That has been my experience with an order I placed in February, and automated response emails right now that are like the middle finger.

No legitimate business should operate like this, I have reported this to the SPF. I have also contacted the founder Jack Wong (of Simba), whose contact one can easily find through a cursory internet search.

According to its own site, 1Outlets is operating under PruBuy and Simba, founded by Jack Wong. If you look up their registration (number they make available on their About Us page) there are three people linked to this operation. When you look at the address under Google, its location in Singapore is permanently closed and comments are closed. The contact telephone number is fake and has no actual account attached to it. If you look at what they publish under legal and return policy section of their site, it is clear to me that they are setting the table to make it impossible or difficult to get a return for non-delivery of goods, and at the very best give you "store credit" for goods it is questionable if they even have. Don't waste your money on these crooks.

DO NOT BUY FROM 1OUTLETS.COM! This is a professional scam operation. I have tried to order from them 4 times over the past year, and NOT A SINGLE item was ever delivered.
I have attempted shipping to both Europe (Hungary) and Asia (China) to see if it makes a difference – it doesn’t. They simply do not ship products. They currently hold SGD 353.30 of my money, which they refuse to refund to my bank accou

Their tactics:
- They ignore emails or delete conversation history.
- When you complain, they provide "canned" responses asking for patience while they "investigate."
- They refuse monetary refunds and force "Store Credit" on you, which is useless because they never fulfill the next order either.

I have officially reported this company to the Singapore Police Force (ScamShield) and the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
Stay away from this mafia-style business. They are experts at stealing money through deceptive trade practices. You have been warned!

Please be careful of this company I ordered two months ago my order is still saying processing I can get hold of no one when I do get hold of the customer care Guy I get the same email back every time we'll pass your information on cannot get a refund I work hard for my money and don't deserve this as I'm on this person myself

I had palaced an order on Nov. 2025, on Janury once didnt get any Tracking info, I have approch them and they said it was never shipped and credited my account. I asked for fully refund to my CC and they said it takes another 30 days, but since then and 3 monts passed, didn't received any refund nor any reply to my e-mailmsgs. How can I get my money?

Truly awful service, I advise people not to bother with this site. It took them over four weeks to get in touch to say my order would be cancelled and a credit note would be on my account, however there is no credit. I didnt want a credit, but my full return of the cost of what I spent. Emails continue to go unanswered and this issue is still unresolved.

It's a scam I suspect the few very positive reviews are also people involved with this scam. Don't buy off this company, they will not deliver and you will lose your money.

Worth buying for from an overseas online shop, delivered well in great condition.

This site is a scam, pity I did not check it out before placing an order. They keep employing delaying tactics which never amount to anything. Avoid buying from them at all costs.

Very fast reply when emailed them my query. Refunded money fast on product unable to be supplied.

Scam.After placing an order, no goods was shipped for whatever reasons. When asked to refund, it would end up with in-store credit which was useless because no goods would be shipped. After a while, they just didn't reply to your emails.

Scam, products out of stock then could only give customer credit

Well what a waste of time, and a total waste of money... first item ordered.. and 3months later still not delivered, or even processed.. and complained. And some story.. got a store refund... great.. so ordered something else this time a electric item.. and we'll a month later still not processed... and still waiting for it to be dispatched... so I have been ripped off properly. Do not waste your money with theses guys..

Do not send them your money!

Ordered some pet health treatments on the 9/12/25 the website stated around 14 days for delivery.
After 14 days I received an email saying shipping delays so my order will now get to be on or before 10/1/26

As of writing on the 14/1/ no order has been delivered, after contacting I had an email saying further shipping delays with no new delivery date.

I have asked to cancel and a full refund be sent .. I am expecting that to be ignored as well.

Stay well clear of this company

I will now have to contact my bank to seek reimbursement of money.
