That site is a scam.
I ordered an item on November 5 and they sent me an email that they can’t deliver.
They bullshitting me with an email of difficult times and they are not going to refund anything.
Please never order from that site !

Outlets fails to meet even basic retail standards. The collections feel poorly curated and lack real value. The store layout is confusing rather than inviting, and the overall environment feels disorganized. Staff interaction was disappointing and inattentive, making the experience frustrating instead of enjoyable. This is far from a destination store and certainly does not meet expectations.

I payed for a watch approximately 97 USD. After two weeks they let me know they cold not send the watch, but would give me full refund within 30 days. This was November 13. No money and no answer from them to my numerous emails.

I placed my order, and it has been a month, and I still have not received delivery. Whenever you ask for an update on your order, they send you an automated response saying they will ask the team to come back with the progress of the delivery, but they do not come back to you with any updates at all. They have not said they will pay me back either.

Absolutely the worst experience!!!
I never received my order and never got my money back. Every time they promised something new — delivery “next week”, “in a few days”, “soon”… and I waited for months. In reality — nothing. No product, no refund.

I have been waiting for more than two months and every update was just another excuse. Customer support keeps repeating the same scripted answers and does not solve anything.

This company is completely unreliable.
Do not order from them. Save your money and your time!!!

It’s a Total Scam , they refund my cancelled orders in store credits again ( which is their fault, after I enquired about my order status after a long waiting time, which never arrived) , they said it can’t be processed and they cancelled and refund in store credit form which I have been re ordering for 4 times with the same issues of cancelled orders because they can’t process and yet they are refunding that in store credit again which you can never able to but anything . They are playing “ musical chairs” game with their customers scamming us. Need to report them to the authority , the company is registered in Singapore ! Otherwise they will continue to scam many more potential customers .

Zeer slechte site, niet betrouwbaar. Schoenen gekocht half september en tot op heden nooit een schoen ontvangen. Track and trace geeft aan dat de schoenen geleverd zijn, echter tot op heden niets ontvangen.

I purchased skincare in April but they cancelled my order and until now they did not refund my money. This company is a scam. They stole my money, about 64.25 Euro. 

The order was canceled on their part. They informed me that the refund had been processed, but a month has passed and I have not received any money back. They are thieves, I definitely do not recommend them.

Awful service, cancelled my order and offered me store credit. I have tried calling their number and no one answers, the UK number doesn’t even ring. They w effectively stolen my money.

Total scam- do not buy from them. After several messages about that the order was delayed because of an “ongoing issue”, I asked for the order to be cancelled. I then get a message that they can’t ship to Sweden but that I will get a in-store credit. I wonder how they think that would be useful when they can’t ship to me?

Did not ship my medicine and wouldn't refund my money-- only store credit. Tried ordering something else in their catalogue and same story--weeks pass, notice of not able to ship. Still won't give my money back. What can I do to get back my money??

total scam. Ordered on here by mistake thinking I was ordering from a reputable company. No sign of any goods after a month. They just keep saying expect a delay of 7-14 days. Do not use them

I ordered Wonderful Pistachios, Salt and Pepper Flavored, Bag, Salt & Pepper Flavor, 48 Ounce in Jun 2025, promised to deliver in Aug 2025, order cancelled by 1outlet in Sept 2025 and sent me an email "Special Circumstances Appeal:

We promise - we are continuously encouraging and motivating our badly outnumbered ground colleagues and logistics partners all over the world to stay standing, to help source, resource, and work expeditiously and dutifully around the clock - trying our best to make sure we can work on our customer's matters like yours." Didn't credit my money to my credit, only gave me credit.

A complete scam. After 2 weeks I asked for the shipping taking so long and the made up the excuse that they couldn’t ship a nail polish to Spain!!! And they would refund just to buy things from the store.

Needed a new helmet quickly for an upcoming trip, and 1Outlets delivered—literally! I ordered on a Tuesday and was wearing it on Thursday. The helmet was packaged with extreme care in a sturdy box with plenty of padding, so it was completely protected during transit. The helmet itself, the [Insert Helmet Brand & Model, e.g., ScorpionEXO R1 Air], is fantastic. The fit is perfect, the finish is beautiful, and it's incredibly comfortable for long rides.
