Beware of scammers! I placed an order and inquired about the status of the order two months later. I was informed that my order had been canceled and that I would receive a refund. That was over three months ago. You'll hear from my lawyer.

Total scam. Took my money. Canceled the orders again and again. They don't refund canceled orders. They keep the money and give you "credit" in this scam site but they cancel every order I made after the first one. After more than 20(!) canceled orders I demanded a refund. They pretended to agree, canceled my credit and claimed they refunded my money but never did.

Scammers.
They don't ship the products, and I've been waiting a year for a refund.
Don't buy anything from this site.

Avoid. I was scammed by them. Ordered and paid for essential vitamins for my post-operation wife. Nothing happened for weeks. Then they said sorry we can’t get you the products. Since then, they have not sent me a refund despite several requests. Scammers!

SCAM - made an order and told it was out of stock but I could have a store credit. So I ordered something else (order #1000325484) with the credit note. This was in June 2024, and still nothing received. Good reviews are obviously fake. SCAMMERS.

I would give them minus if I could and they need to be taken to task by a consumer protection agency. They have never delivered products and never refunded even after many email and phone promises… and now they won’t even respond and they owe $200 that I have been trying to get back well over 12 month.. I go beyond calling it a scam and refer to them as criminals… I would love to know who the people are behind it …

This company does not honour their sales, no products received,emails saying they can refund but only as store credit after ordering totally different item same again , Scam as mentioned by others

Same as the other people in the comment section. No product received, requested a refund to my bank account and they have never proceeded my request. This is a TOTAL scam. They don't reply my emails and ignore them. I chased many many times and they just ignored all my emails. They should go bankrupt. A scam and avoid!

DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD!! You place an order, and they are so nice helping you, indeed I received many mails from them because I had a problem with the paymen, TILL I managed to pay them with my card. At that momen ( 23 december, Ticket #511807: Order #1000310816 /Spain ) I received several mails telling everything was on its way till time after that I began to feel that there was something strange with my order and wrote to them and the answer was that there has been problems with the customs clearance and was offered a refund in an in-store credit, which I refuse and demanded a refund to my original payment card, which at about 9 moths later I’m still dealing with my request!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!, but if you have done go on fighting again this scammers using all means at your disposal as lawyers, local and national consumers agencies and international agencies as econsumer.gov maybe I´m not getting my money back, but promise not to let this hustlers get their ways

Complete scam. They took my money, didn't send the product, refused a refund, and then dragged the situation out until my bank would also not open an investigation.

They should be shut down.

Like many people are saying you place an order and you pay the money. They send you an email after three weeks that this item you have purchased cannot be delivered.What a complete waste of time, a scam at its best. Now I have to go to my bank and open a case where I can get my money back What a disgusting company steer clear from this s***I wish I could visit Singapore and talk to somebody face to face. Scamming people like this is absolutely disgusting,well that's their profession I guess, my only hope is the money that they have taken from people will be spent on medication. I knew this was going to happen when I was reading the comments after I purchased my online fragrances. I thought it was too good to be true now they're offering me in store credits Jesus what a disgusting dishonest business this is 63 euros which I have to reclaim from my credit card company.What a complete waste of time, words cannot describe the anger and frustration that I'm feeling right now.

After waiting for more then a Month for my order, which I obviously paid for. I was sent a message that unfortunately my order couldn't be processed. Should have known it was too good to be true. Buyer beware is all I have to say. Not Happy one bit.

Scam. You pay with your own money, nothing gets sent, you get a store credit, which there is no point using because whatever you buy won't get sent. I've tried using the store credit 3 times now refunded 3 times. Emails are now being ignored. Been going on since June.

Bought a product, didnt arrive..

Cant seem to get a refund, instead they're offering in store credit of less than the value of the original product.

DO NOT BUY from this company, they WILL Scam you!

From august 2023 to dic 2024 I placed several orders,
from lipstick to music records.
they cancelled my orders ONLY after I claim them, and they refund in store credit.
The reason always the same:
"The system rejects when the item may be - Not Permissible/ D.G. (IATA) / Discontinued/ Wrongful/ Restricted/ Controlled/ Prohibited or Unavailable by (i) the export country legislation, (ii) import country legislation, (iii) aviation requirements, or (iv) manufacturer's or brand's territorial restriction."

It's clear that they Will never send anything to Spain, so how I'm going to put the store credit to good use?

Don't shop from this site if you live in spain.

I purchased an item 437.91e of cardio check lipid panel strips September 8th 2024, which were not available. We agreed to cancel the order and they refunded the money but only on 1outlet account. I told them I want the money back on my credit card and they insisted I would use it on their webpage since returning international transactions is slow up to 6 weeks. I nevertheless asked to proceed returning the cash and they agreed on October 29th. Now it is December 2024 Monday and I still have no refund. If the money comes on my credit card I would update to remove this review.

Warning, this is a fraudulent company. I placed an order which was showing all in sterling, then through the bank Not approved by me within the order they added Singapore taxes, the order made no reference to it coming from Singapore. Then after 3 weeks waiting for order (after they had taken the money) I contacted them asking where it was. Only for the business to reply they needed to cancel the order and refund me. I’ve been chasing them for over 5 weeks now for this refund and it’s never come! I’m £80 down with nothing to show for it. DO NOT USE
