1Outlets Anmeldelser

From the moment I arrived, I knew 1Outlets was something special. The exterior is inviting, and that feeling only grows stronger once you step inside. The space is designed with the shopper in mind—spacious, impeccably clean, and organized with a clear logic that makes browsing feel effortless and enjoyable. The range of products is nothing short of spectacular. They have an expertly curated selection that spans from must-have everyday items to luxurious indulgences, all featuring discounts that are genuinely impressive. I found myself consistently surprised by the quality and the prices, feeling like I was getting insider access to the best deals in town. What truly cemented the five-star rating, however, was the phenomenal staff. Every team member I encountered was attentive, knowledgeable, and radiating positive energy. They weren't just there to help—they were passionate about ensuring I had everything I needed, offering suggestions and going the extra mile with a smile. The checkout process was the perfect capstone: swift, efficient, and handled with the same friendly professionalism that defined my entire visit.1Outlets has completely redefined my expectations for retail. It’s a destination that delivers unparalleled value without ever compromising on service or atmosphere. I will absolutely be back, and I recommend it to anyone seeking a truly top-tier shopping experience.

A complete scam. After 2 weeks I asked for the shipping taking so long and the made up the excuse that they couldn’t ship a nail polish to Spain!!! And they would refund just to buy things from the store.
I am sorry I didn’t check before buying.

Needed a new helmet quickly for an upcoming trip, and 1Outlets delivered—literally! I ordered on a Tuesday and was wearing it on Thursday. The helmet was packaged with extreme care in a sturdy box with plenty of padding, so it was completely protected during transit. The helmet itself, the [Insert Helmet Brand & Model, e.g., ScorpionEXO R1 Air], is fantastic. The fit is perfect, the finish is beautiful, and it's incredibly comfortable for long rides. Impressed with both the product and the service. A+++

Total con firm and complete scam. placed my order and something made me concerned. I went on trust pilot and saw the negative reviews. Tried canceling the order within about 20 minutes but said it was too late to cancel. I have emailed a couple of times but no reply. My credit card company said I had to wait 30 days to start a charge back. I contacted the credit company this morning to start charge back and low and behold I get an email from 1Outlet saying they have put a credit on my account. I don't and never will have an account with them. You should be able to give minus stars.

Totally a fraud company.
Never ships orders and after 1 month cancel.
Take advance payment and never pay back your money. Cheap Singaporean thieves.
See the list of my cancelled orders.

Waited a month to tell me that my order would not go through. Then won't refund back to my credit card. Not worth the hassle

I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. My order has been "processing" for over 6 months now. They take your money and send you nothing. When you contact them, they come up with all sorts of fake excuses why your order hasn't reached you. They don't give refunds. At most, they offer you a "credit" for future purchases, and then the same cycle starts all over again.
The clever thing is, they seem to specialize in hard-to-find items, to increase the chances that you'll have no alternative but to order from them. Don't be tempted. Stay away!

1 star is to much, accepted and processed payment, never delivered goods, every replace delivery stopped due to the shipping issue, no refundation of the payment, absolutely tragic communication

These are scammers. Been waiting for my orders for 6 months but still hasnt arrived. Keeping promises to refund the money but nothing happened. Dont trust this website or else you will regret

OPLICHTERS !!
I ordered a product, it turned out after months that it could not be delivered. When I asked for my money back they converted it (they say) into a credit note on my account. But ... I no longer have access to muy account with the correct password and when I then request a recovery email I do not receive an email, not even in the spam. SCAMMERS !!
En ze blijven maar info sturen die niet bruikbaar is ... en dat weten ze maar al te goed.
Mijn antwoord op 26/5/2025:
It doesn't work and you know it. No email is received to reset the password !!
Once more negative points on TrustPIlot, which has already only negative comments. This is 100% fraude and you know that I can't do anything about it.
En de positieve reviews die ze blijken te hebben: FAKE, wellicht door bots gepost.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at 1Outlets. From placing the order to delivery, everything was smooth and professional. The product arrived on time and was of excellent quality. Their customer service was very helpful. I’ll definitely order again. 100% recommended!

Not 1 star, these scammers, are big thieves, didnt deliver my order since dec 2024. I send lot of mails, whatsapp every time they have a lie, I dont want any shit credits, refund my money, these dogs will never have rest in their live

FRAUDSTERS!!!! I am reporting them to Trading Standards and Financial Ombudsman. Ordered goods. Failed to deliver after over 3 months. Refused to refund as instructed. Did not explain reason for any of this. Angus Scullion.

Total scammers!!!!
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR WEBSITE THAT LOOKS NORMAL.
AS AN UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMER I ORDERED 3 TIMES AND EACH TIME ENDED UP WITH CREDIT IN STORE WHICH EQUALS STOLEN MONEY.

One year left
No orders received
No refunds
They are a scam
Just lying and taking your money
Very bad experience

Scam! They don't deliver, you get an email stating there is a delay, after +1 month they inform you they can not fulfill the order and give you credit. I have now ordered 3 times by re-using the credit and each time the same thing. They now stopped responding. They need arresting!

SCAM Keeps canceling the orders I asked them to refund my money into my bank as everything i order keeps getting canceled they said they would but they haven't I've emailed them many times with no replys You've been warned DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE & don't trust the good reviews on here either its probably the company thats write them

Scam site, 5 orders cancelled when trying to use store credit. Site has been reported to the authorities. They need to be shut down. All these 5star reviews are from FAKE accounts, you can tell just by their names. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I placed an order on 1Outlets.com on November 27, 2024. After waiting for a long time without receiving the items, I submitted a refund request on February 19, 2025.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but the company has completely ignored my messages. It has been 2 months, and I have received neither the product nor the refund.

Their customer service is unresponsive, and the refund process is non-existent. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

I strongly advise others to avoid this website. Based on my experience and similar stories from other customers, this site feels like a scam.

👍truely like this shop for his honesty.
I am happy to part of this shop.
Highly recommended!
