Buyer beware this is an complete scam. I ordered a Byron chess lamp for 88 euro in addition I had to pay 5.99 euro to customs. Therefore 93.99 euros and instead of receiving the lamp I received a cheap less than 1 euro tiny piece of plastic with axe. I have contacted the company a number of times regarding this and have had no response.

I ordered some deodorant products which were advertised at $73 NZ.
On my credit card it came through as $93 NZ. When I queried, I was told it was due to exchange rates. After requesting a refund several times, company finally promised to do so. Now after many reminders, 6 weeks later - no sign of refund. I’ve referred to my Bank.
Don’t go near 1Outlets!!!!

I ordered my items in April and 2 months later, I still have not received them. I just emailed and I'm hoping to hear from them.. I need my money back.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM! I made a purchase in Feb 2024. One month later said the product had import issue which baffles me because it's only tea from Australia. They gave me in store credit which I ordered again but different product and another month passed, same story. This time I insisted on refund because it's not my fault if they have import issues. They shouldn't put in their website in the first place. They replied and said the refund will come within 30 days. It is 60 days and they stopped replying to my emails. I should have read all the reviews before I purchased from them. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Singapore authorities should investigate them. Biggest scammers!!!

NEVER purchase from 1Outlets ! Complete scam!! Same as other victims , I ordered item from them but I been told my order needs to be cancelled as I was chasing them 3 months after, they said that they will proceed refund but I haven’t received it after a month, they are no longer to reply my email or couldn’t even in touch with them via phone . They put a lower price with local currency in their website but turn out charged me a higher price in SGD also with the bank charges

SCAM! Like a lot of other reviews on here I have ordered goods which they say they cannot provide and will refund me. They put the refund into my 1Outlets account as per their refund policy. Will never order from them again, so waiting, hoping to get a refund.

They put the refund into my 1Outlets account so I asked for it to be refunded into my bank account which they said they would do but could take up to 30 days. Why would it take so long with technology these days, anyway several months down the line and I still haven't got my refund and now they have stopped replying to my emails. The company needs to be avoided at all costs.

This is a massive scam , look at the REAL reviews, not the obvious fakes, they are liars and thieves, all you get is a so called credit when goods cannot be delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , do not even deserve 1 star

At the time I am writing , I have been in correspondence for twenty (20 ) Months requesting refund , or trying to order advertised product . this company , and the people who work for them are surely the absolute bottom feeders on the planet earth . Liars , Scammers , Thieves , and totally without morals . I echo. the sentiments of previous reviewers . To relate to you dear reader my real opinion of this scum company would result in my review being unpublished . Spread the word , They are evil and without recourse . Are they above the law?? DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!! They never delivered and everytime you contact them they just send a random message to delay you and this goes on for months. They do not have any stock or products, all they do is scam you out of your money!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I have been promised a refund that never came for over a year now. Instead, the money was credited into my account with the store. A couple of months ago, I decided to use the credit for some other items on their website but they couldn't deliver to me, so they promised again a refund. this never happened and now they don't even bother to answer my emails.

Every month our family go in vacation. They why we need some of important goods. And every time they satisfy my family. My family very happy with this shop.

Why is this company allowed to operate out of Singapore where presumably, laws are tight there?
