Fraud - charged money with no purchase
I've purchased a prepaid e-sim, WITHOUT automatic extension, which i can see, both in the email that i recieved from them at the time of purchase and when i log in onto their website. 1 month later they charged me double the price, without giving me any information, no email, no sms, no nothing. I only discovered it when i looked into my transactions. I wrote them an email, first time on the 18th of june, and still no answer or any help whatsoever. I even tried calling them, and it's near impossible, to get throug to an employee. When i eventually at the third or forth try got through, they told me, that i would have an answer on email, within 48h. That's 5 DAYS ago, and still utter silence.
My advice is STAY AWAY from lycamobile
