Love the Zulay frother I've tried other brands and this is the best one. They have great customer service very helpful and they care about their customers.

My milk frother wasn’t working right so I emailed Zulay and they sent me not only a replacement milk frother but also a different milk frother. They were awesome!

I purchased a battery operated milk frother through Amazon. I used it daily and absolutely loved it. It made my half and half so creamy for my coffee. One day it stopped working. I checked to see if a warranty was valid in this case and quickly went on Zulay’s website to connect with them. They were quick to respond and quickly sent a replacement, actually 2, to replace the one that was no longer working. I only paid a small sum for shipping which I did not mind. Now I have my new one up and working. Great customer service! Thank you!

Incredible response! I complained that one of bowls seems to be losing its surface. For a nominal fee for postage, the company offered to replace it. When the box arrived, there was a new set inside!

Product works great. and the vacuum on bottom was not working sent replacement with no issues.

Bought a ZRWD cheese grater from Amazon. I ordered replacement blades from you, but they were too small. Looked like a perfect fit. They were good value about $10 for 4. Do you know if you have specific blades for this model, if you do please let me know.

I recently had a problem with my Zulay milk frother and their customer service sent me a new one immediately. If all American companies treated their customers as good as Zulay we wouldn't need to put tariffs on other countries because everyone would buy US goods.

This customer service was the best I've ever experienced. Our frother stopped working and they gave me a quick trick to try, but still nothing. I was sent 2 of the same frother, one should have come with the stand like was stated in the order form….I’ll just order one from Amazon.
