Giving a one star because it won't let me give 0 stars, this is the shitiest company ever, I purchased a product in a retail store and it broke the store sent me to the company and they are refusing to stand behind their product, they told me they refuse to honor a product out of a store mind you I had this less than a month and it broke and all over the Internet they claim they stand behind and have warranties on their products but will not replace the piece that broke for me, not looking for a whole new set just want the broken piece replaced and was basically told I was SOL they are a complete RIP-OFF and took them over a month to respond to me, this company needs to go out of business

I purchased a double whisk from Zulay, and after a while it suddenly stopped working. It would power on and make noise, but it was no longer spinning. I contacted the company, and Jay was incredibly kind—he helped me troubleshoot the issue and arranged a replacement.
The replacement he sent was brand new, and he shipped it so quickly. I truly recommend Zulay.
Not only do they make the best handheld frother, but their customer service also exceeds my expectations.

Several hundred dollar order placed a month and a half ago. Dozens of emails, almost 60 phone calls, false tracking info sent. Was told “hung up in shipping department” 5 weeks ago and that order was sent in 3 shipments. Declined to reply to requests for those tracking numbers. Only answered the phone once and was told I would get return call in 15 minutes (about a month ago). Working with bank while they investigate them for fraud.

Can not get ahold of support once you order. I needed assistance the literal minute I put in my order and never made contact. So if anything is wrong with your order, good luck getting it fixed. I tried 2 different support emails, phone call (and voicemail), and a help form on their website and never heard back from any of them. Ultimately have to dispute the charges through my bank because I can’t receive the order and am not just donating over $100 to nothing.

I could not give this company a better rating. I purchased a frother and it quit working after about 2 months . I remembered the warranty and contacted customer service. They ask me what the problem was and mailed me a new frother which I received within a couple of days.

When you click on warranty registration it just takes you around in circles so evidently they don't really warranty their products.

metal juicer broke, contacted about replacement under guarantee, they agreed, what happened next was an ai stalling response every 3 or 4 days for 3 months, until i asked them to stop which they didn't.

No customer service in UK and a product that is not fit for purpose.

I used my frother everyday for 6 years till it finally slowed down. I contacted the website and got a replacement with the lifetime guarantee. They sent me two new ones and I'm loving it.

At first Santiago was very responsive and helpful. Once I paid for the shipping and repair he stop responding. I had to send another email to customer service and inform them that I planned to dispute the charge if I didn't hear back from them regarding my shipping lable. I received a response right away apologizing for the delay. They sent me a shipping and repair lable and I mailed the Magia espresso machine today. I will follow up with another review once the machine is back.

Easy to order; could afford various items because they were on sale.
Ordered arrived well packaged and items are quality
I will continue to order from this company

Great quality kitchen tools. I originally bought Zulay through online Macy's app, but now I go directly to the Zulay site to buy their products. They always have something on sale. Good site.

In this age of increasing automation creeping into every aspect of our lives it's a huge relief to know there's another human at the other end of a transaction.

That said, I purchased a Zulay frother off Amazon that incidentally arrived with an issue that resulted in my decision to reach out for a return... and OMG did they make it right! I won't go into all the details because I feel like I got preferential treatment (ya, it was that good).
IDK who I was communicating with but throughout it all I even got links for recipes & how-to tips!👌

I would not recommend ordering from this site unless you are a 100% sure you are not going to return it. It has been over 2weeks now and still am not able to get it return. There is no phone number, just email. It has not been a pleasant experience.

1) phone support operators do NOT understand U.S. English very well.
2) rather than getting the ONE replacement item I wanted, two arrived.
3) the item I actually wanted, a red milk frother, is UNUSABLE due to being so sticky and tacky that it is unnerving.
4) email response from the company is non-existent so far.

We had an issue with a battery operated milk frother. Quit working after Amazon’s return time expired. With the product lifetime warranty, I contacted the company. They immediately got back with me and gave me satisfactory options and quickly sent a new frother. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

I bought a black 9 cup coffee maker and after a couple months it started to not lay flat on the stove, it was wobbling but I just dealt with it then a few months after rhe handle broke and I couldnt use it so I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced it. I didnt have to send the broken one back, just pay a $6 shipping fee. the customer service was excellent.

Got the standard milk frother on Amazon. Loved the product. It worked very well until it just stopped working out of nowhere. I changed the batteries and it still didn’t work. It lasted about 3-4 months. So I called the number on the back and they were so nice and helpful on the phone. They ended up sending me two new ones free of charge. Thank you for making it right for us as we enjoy using the frother on our coffee. Excellent customer service guys. Keep it up!
