Purchased premium service on line ( this was done to get rid of some popup ads) had Mackeepers expert install and Scan , all the time popup continued, at the end tried to sell me an engineers package who would regularly check and clean Mac beyond the capabilities of Mackeeper at £950 per year . that's more than lap top is worth had it 7 years this is first problem. Declined sale while she insisted it was necessary and good value . solved the problem myself with the help of google

It's a complete scam. You get in a chat with a lady who tries to sell you a 400-dollar package and then tells you you must purchase it because your computer is not safe. Then you pay and at the end they say, everything was all good. I told them from the beginning my laptop was good, just wanted to do a quick check and then they sold me a service I never needed. The help that I received was outstanding, due to the fact that I was helped with a extended update for another 3 years at a price that is super reasonable.

Without MacKeeper Premium one would loose hours and gather in himself frustration, with very likely errors affecting the smoothness of his or her computer. Can someone prove me the contrary ?

I had two Macs to check after a year. The technicians did a really great job and helped with phantastic engagement and dedication. Now everything is perfect again with the exception that I should contact some local hardware-support. But this has nothing to do with the really valuable help by the technicians at MacKeeper. Thank you, friends!

scam, watch out.
They want you to remote connect your pc when upgrading. In addition, you cannot downgrade.
They will do anything to get access to your pc - watch out

Ich habe eine generelle Überprüfung durchgeführt führen lassen. Dabei habe ich Kontakt zu den Technikern des Unternehmens erhalten, die sehr gut meine Wünsche erfüllt haben. Gleichzeitig waren sie auch sehr geduldig, da mein Englisch nicht so perfekt ist.

After about six years of successful subscription to MacKeeper Premium Service, my main computer was taken out of service, not from any fault of Mackeeper. I discontinued my email address and I retired from my business.
About eighteen months later my bank statement showed a debit of over £600. This was because I had failed to untick the box allowing a subscription to be taken on an annual basis and also because they were unable to get in touch with me.
Whilst initially alarming, I contacted Mackeeper and after some exchange of information, they consented to refund all with the exception of about £50.
I am grateful to Mackeeper for the refund but advise subscribers to be aware of their right to debit your account annually unless you tick the box!
I recommend Mackeeper for their actual service, which I enjoyed for a number of years and they kept the main computer going well.

I hesitated before letting MK do a "remote" setup of my MacMini. A year ago I got hacked buying a ANCESTRY.COM subscription & the situation got messy. when I warned the Ancestry hackers (I called them) I would have them removed from Canad.Tire Credit Card, they refunded me. MacKeeper has a very good TrustPilot score and I will (with complete confidence) give them permission to activate my subscription. With MacKeeper we are truly very safe from internet trouble.
