Absolutely love my Zoie Health Cycle Calm. For as long as I can remember having a period it has been a very painful and uncomfortable experience. I somehow thought it just comes with it and even when I tried pain relef meditation nothing would help. For the first time since using these amazing goodies I don’t need to live with a hot water bottle to get by. The plus is that it’s an effervescent because I dislike pills too😅

I’ve been using Zoie health hormone harmony effervescent for the past two weeks since my last period cycle. I have been sleeping better and get healthier waves of energy throughout the day. I normally experience fatigue from day 8 of my period but so far nothing. I’m waiting to see if they will alleviate period cramps in my next cycle. However I’m definitely restocking tomorrow.
