If I could give them 0 I would hahaha Honestly this is probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen. I requested a cancellation of my order 4 hrs after, because I noticed he was selling fake jerseys. I emailed this guy and after I said “ I don’t want your fake jerseys.” He proceeded to call my phone and cuss me out hahahaha he seems like a joy to be around. Makes me wonder how this business is still around. STAY AWAY!

The customer service is GREAT!!! They got back to me very fast and answered all of my questions. My jersey is awesome!! I love it, it’s of the highest quality and the price was great. I will definitely order from here again.

Classic Authentics makes great jerseys!
I have a Wild Thing Indians jersey, Happy Gilmore Bruins jersey and a Clark Griswold Blackhawks jersey. They all look real, feel great and were reasonably priced.

One time I needed to make an exchange and employee Anthony Argo helped me through the entire process. He was helpful, professional and even responded to my Email questions in a timely manner.

Between the exceptional quality of the jerseys and the phenomenal customer service I highly recommend shopping with Classic Authentics.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This is the most unprofessional “ business” I’ve ever dealt with this Anthony Argo is claiming that the bad reviews are from another China based facility, but they’re not it’s this classic authentic website when I was just inquiring about my order I was cussed at and then was sent an empty bag!!! ANTHONY ARGO IS A SCAMMER BEWARE AND ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MORE THAN LIKELY FROM HIM OR PEOPLE HE KNOWS!!!!

Bought a football jersey and had to exchange it for a smaller size. No problem with the exchange, just that it cost me an additional $15 to return the original jersey. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the jersey: Oakland Raiders George Blanda #16 in white w/silver lettering.

Hand-sewn jersey created in the US delivered about 6 weeks from order date. The jersey is high quality and the fit is good. Really awesome jersey and super fast response on questions.

Ordered hat the middle of December 2025. Credit card was charged.
Hat never arrived nor any email explaining it was back ordered. Contacted Feb 3 2026 that hat was no longer available but others were. Asked for the hat free of charge due to lack of communication and customer service. The least they could say was “no” which I was prepared for. But what I was not prepared for was being cussed at and called names. Then a voicemail continuing to use profanity and name calling. And then aggressive emails still calling me names. I stayed calm and responded appropriately. I have never in my entire life received such an unprofessional, aggressive, profanity based business communication. Be cautious when dealing with this company.

Bought a classic Pats jersey from here and its beautiful, high quality, and fits true to size. Now Im hoping its my good luck charm for the Super Bowl!

WARNING TO BUYERS: I am submitting this complaint regarding an unfulfilled order from Classic Authentics placed in December 2025 for a jersey I ordered for my nephew for Christmas. The item has not been received to date. Today is January 20th. Instead, my nephew received a package containing no merchandise—only clear plastic bags and a handwritten note requesting a call to Anthony Argo.
When my nephew's mother contacted Anthony Argo by phone, the interaction was unprofessional and verbally hostile. No resolution, replacement, or refund was offered, and the order remains unfulfilled. He threatened me to tell me if I opened a dispute, that my nephew would receive nothing.
Based on these events and the verbal hostility from Anthony Argo , I disputed the charge and am filing this complaint to document the failure to deliver goods and the inappropriate response when contacted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They lie about when you will get your order then when you ask for details regarding your order, they will just cancel and say they will refund your order. They will also give you attitude if you ask for updates. I’m still waiting on my refund but they are DEFINITELY SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!!

Salvatore Argo, Anthony Argo and Rich - Check your facts - Disputed after 4 weeks of no contact, no answer to email and call coming in from "spam" number (that is prophetic). I was called a c*nt by Rich on the phone after he tells me they sent the package - or as Salvatore claimed, "a bill by mail" - it was an empty envelope that Rich said they do to show the bank they sent something. This morning at 5:00am, I was sent this from Anthony Argo "We will be sending this to collections. I will be happy to destroy your credit score. You probably don't care since you'll be dead soon. Unfortunately not soon enough!" - you forgot the comma, Anthony. Yes, this threat has been forwarded to my local police. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Hello all! I work for Classic Authentics. There’s 2 sides to every story! We feel we deserve the opportunity to defend ourselves from these negative reviews. First let me say that we had over 12,000 orders in December alone! Yes there are a handful of customers here that run to leave negative reviews. The customers who get their item as described almost never go out of there way to seek a review platform to praise us. Instead they send an email thanking us for example. If a customer has any type of negative experience they will stop at nothing to leave negative reviews on every platform that is available !
1. Person M … They ordered a jersey and a winter hat. We shipped the jersey promptly. The winter hat they selected sold out and was on back order. We reached out 6 days before the Super Bowl since we just got many Seahawks hats back in stock. We showed this lady 4 solid options that were very similar to the one she ordered. Instead of being thankful for our attempt to fill the order she freaks out! she spins it like we intentionally sold her hat due to the Seahawks being in the SB. I personally called her to try to clear the air. I was met with a total Karen who insisted she should get the hat for free since she waited so long. She promised to bash us to the maximum which she does everything possible here. Notice that she makes no mention that her jersey arrived in 4 days. Yes I called this lady a shitload of names which were all deserved. This is by far the most baffling situation I’ve seen working here. Other customers who got the same email for these super popular hats were so grateful. They emailed back and selected one of the other nearly identical hats and they are already shipped.
2. For the woman who disputed the charges… let’s start here! She ordered a customized Seattle Seahawks jersey that states 5 weeks for delivery. She disputed the charges after two weeks! After we tracked her down and explained to her that her jersey is coming within the timeframe advertised she agreed to drop the dispute. We were still hit with a $30 fee for this! During that time we also sent her a bill by mail. After she gets the bill she calls us ranting like a maniac! We couldn’t get a word in to explain to her anything. She still had a few weeks until her jersey was due to arrive. All we got were threats and ranting! Yes we asked her if there’s a man in the house since we couldn’t get her to comprehend anything! All she had to do was wait for her jersey to arrive as expected. Instead she disputed the charges after 2 weeks and caused so much drama it’s unbelievable
3. Ms Cinnimon ordered a customized jersey and to be honest it took longer than expected. We apologized and she said she wanted to continue waiting. Then all of a sudden we notice the 1 star review. We reached out to her and told her off … and said to get her jersey elsewhere. We canceled her order and refunded her. Simple as that. Now she revises her initial 1 star review with additional slandering and lies.
4. Mr. Robinson… wow! This guy…. He ordered a Jake Ferguson Cowboys jersey that states 5 weeks for delivery. After explaining that his jersey is arriving in a few days. He goes off that we are a bi&@h, calls us all kind of street names like he’s trying to be all gangster. Hence the name we called him was 100# accurate! The drama was unbelievable over a $90 jersey that he would have received if he simply just waited and refrained from name calling and aggressive emails with threats.
5. Jack Butler… this guy orders a 1969 Don Maynard jersey that states 4-5 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks we notice a 1 star review from him. I look at his order and I see it hasn’t even shipped. I call the guy on the phone and he’s such a coward. Scared to talk to me. I’m like… what the F are you doing leaving us 1 star reviews when we didn’t even ship your product and it says 5 weeks for delivery. Yes his initial 1 star review had all these lies about scamming etc. I called him man to man and he húng up! I still want a piece of him! 😡 he leaves reviews with slander and now he edits his comments. He now says he got the jersey and loves it 🤣… that’s all that matters! There should have been no reason for him to need customer service! None!!! Order your jersey, wait for your jersey, receive your jersey! Now do you see what’s going on here?

I want to start by saying the excellent customer service I received is why I am giving Classic Authentics a five star review. I ordered a jersey and was expecting a 2-day delivery. I missed the part where it could take up to 5 weeks to receive my jersey. I emailed Classic Authentics and they called me back. Yes, they called me. Rich explained to me their process and how it can take 5 weeks and I told him I was really expecting and wanting my jersey in 2 days. Rich went out of his way to come up with a solution that would work for both of us. Between Anthony and Rich, I am happy to say I received my jersey. It is nice to know that a company is actually made of people who take the time to call and make things right.

Couple weeks went by nothing showed so we called the company the owner. Anthony was very rude and hung up on us.
We had to call back then he stated that there was a 4 to 6 week wait, which doesn’t make any sense when you pay for 3 to 5 day shipping.
He added that to the advertisement after we made the purchase.
So we waited about four weeks and called back. He started telling us that we needed blinking lights and we were incapable of reading. Few words were exchanged back-and-forth then he started calling me a “White nigger”
I think it should be known. The owner of this company is racist and shouldn’t be allowed to do business. We never received the product only racist comments. This guy needs some serious customer service classes.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The owner, Anthony Argo of this business is the most unprofessional POS I have ever dealt with. 4 months after ordering, I didn't have my order, and when I reached out, he was rude. I shared my experience as a review on his Facebook page, and afterwards received a rude email from him, telling me he was canceling my order. When I asked for a receipt for the return, he proceeded to send me multiple hate emails calling me a CUN%. Happy to share the emails with anyone who would like to see them.

Absolutely incredible. So impressed with the merchandise. I received the product in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely order again.

After seeing some mixed reviews I decided to give Classic Authentics a chance. They delivered my customized jersey exactly as advertised. It took every bit of the 4 weeks that was advertised. I understood this prior to ordering where as I can see how other people in these reviews may not fully understand these terms in customized products. I own a business and know that when someone has any type of negative experience they will do everything imaginable to damage my company. That’s why I had to give a positive review for Classic Authentics. I’ll be ordering another jersey soon.

I have never once in my life been talked to the way this company has talked to me. Not playing a college sport, or in the military. Never once. I think something is seriously wrong mentally with this owner to treat people like he does.

He called me about this comment and called me saying, “Be a **** man, another little ****. writing writing reviews on trust pilot. God **** it, there's nothing in the email that we said that was anything out of line. Just **** firm and factual. You can't **** handle that. you little **** ****. Take it down.”

This was a copy and paste from the transcript of the voicemail I received. He used every derogatory term and personal attack he could use, even to go as far as wishing me karma. He even threatened to sue me over this comment.

However, as rude as he was, my jersey was fantastic. I received a fantastic jersey. My review is 1 star based solely on the customer service.

Where do I began, I ordered a Ravens jersey as a birthday gift, on November 14,2025, didn’t receive a jersey until December 9, 2025, what I received was an eagles jersey, yes wrong team, today is December 29, 2025, and still no jersey, this entire process has been extremely frustrating, no one at this company, will reach out to unless I contact them for an update, I will never order from this company again, and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Placed an order. Reached out via email to inquire, and got the runaround. Called, and literally got cursed out on the phone, claiming that I was stupid and didn't read the website. Not sure what kind of business operates like this.

Despite all this, asked them to tell me when the jersey would arrive. They claimed it was shipped, but couldn't provide any information.
