STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IN CHINA.
Their quality of products are not what the picture or description of the products are.
I order the first men's bathing suit on a Monday and a second men's bathing suit on a Tuesday. My fault that I did not wait for the first bathing suit to arrive. I received the second bathing suit before the first bathing suit and I tried to cancel the second bathing suit which they would NOT allow me to do because they are DESPERATE for a sale.
Both qualities and pictures did not match what was sent to me. I wasted $84 which could had been worse to throw out money for two disgusting men's bathing suites. The Customer Representative name is "Leigh" knew that I could not send back the bathing suits because it would cost $70 with a return receipt and $40 without a return receipt. Leigh wanted to send a 75% discount coupon for my next order which is so crazy. Why would I order another product from the when they are so lousy?
They insists that a tracking number be given to them upon returning products to guarantee that the bathing suits was sent back which is understandable, but who is going to spend $70 to return $84 worth of (2) men's bathing suits.
They have you over a barrel so DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this terrible none customer service company who is not what it says to be? I am so sorry I did not read their reviews before ordering. I found the company because when I "Google" "Macy's" and thought I was dealing with "Macy's Market Place" where I could return the items in a Macy's store. How a China Company get connected to Macy's on Google is beyond me?
I learned a terrible lesson and if you are thinking of ordering from this horrible company than RUN and do not WALK away from them. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM A CHINA COMPANY!!!!!!

My shirts were of absolutely terrible quality. The quality of fabric and stitching reminds me of a cheap Halloween costume. The sizing is weird. I ordered a large and what I received was much more akin to a small. Their marketing is fantastic. Their real products - not so much.

Please, please do not use this company. They are thieves!!! Brought a pair of shoes, the quality was beyond bad. Sent the shoes back to China which cost me, now no shoes, no refund.
My bad for not checking their account on here first but l hope this helps others out.

Less than a star, please avoid at all cost, they are just robbing you! Place an order on the 19th of April, items were never received due to issues with the delivery, items were returned to Elegance Urban and still have not received the 75% refund?!!!
They are just robbing customers so avoid at all cost.

ordered a mens Jacket - received and the goods were packed in a parcel 9" x 3" x 2" - nothing like the image on their web-site.
Quality was appalling, cheap and thin like paper!!!
Tried to return and this was an absolute nightmare!!! Customer has to pay for the return to China which was over 50% of the cost of the goods.
Even more annoying was that DHL had to return back to me as return address they provided was not recognised.
Absolute no help from their support team in trying to rectify the issues.

Absolute Disgrace - never use them again.

I ordered two outfits which I received and they were nothing like what the photos showed. Emailing back and forth sending photos and been offered a 75% gift code but I don’t trust this not to happen again!!! I’m giving the clothes to charity and learning from a very bad experience. Do not use this site and I think they shouldn’t be allowed to continue, surely someone has the right to close this company down after all the bad reviews?

!I feel compelled to warn others about my dreadful experience with this company. There is a serious issue with the discrepancy between what they advertise and what they actually sell. I paid £70 for what was advertised as a stylish, high-quality item — but what arrived was a cheap, poorly tailored piece of plastic rubbish: ill-fitting, uneven, stained, and looking like it had been mass-produced in the worst possible conditions. I have attached photos so you can judge for yourself.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with what seemed like AI-generated, random responses — clearly not addressing my complaint in any meaningful way. Despite claiming to offer refunds, they require you to ship the item back to China at your own cost (at least £30, which they do not reimburse). My return was stuck in customs for six months before being sent back to me, as their refund address was unrecognised!

In total, I have lost £70 for the item plus £30 for return shipping — and no refund. To make matters worse, they falsely assured me that my refund had been processed to my card. This was simply not true.

This company’s practices are appalling. Their website should be investigated and taken down. Please beware — there is no recourse, no accountability, and no intention on their part to treat customers fairly.

Report them to the Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and the Advertising Standards

Poor quality and had to wait ages for my order. Didn't do up so tried to get a refund but only offered me a credit note which I didn't want. Terrible site and will never use again. Please save the misery and avoid It.

- Prototype looks good on the website. Description of good look good. Shock when the good(s) arrive(s). Very poor quality, poor packaging, made in China (Far more expensive than Shein!).
- Very long delivery time. Goods sent from China
- You can return to China! or they offer a credit of 75% of the value of the good.
- Unable to use the credit code despite using different browsers and 3 different credit cards!
In other words, they have no intention to refund you!

If there was a zero rating option I would have chosen it . This company is an absolute joke . The products are misrepresented on their site.. to the point of contravening the trade description act, delivery is snail mail , the quality of products is awful and shoddy and when you contact customer services for a refund or exchange they are totally obstructive, long winded and non productive.

Poor quality and wrong size - and they won't give me a refund beacsue it was at a 'sale price'. 75% of their goods are at sale prices.

I should have read the reviews here first (I usually always do this for an unknown Brand). The business has a completely unethical ethos in relation to marketing, sales and returns.
The Website is very convincing (must be if I was caught!!). They advertise what appears to be quality items, but the reality is very different when they are delivered.
Poorly made cheap quality materials and manufacture, so much so that you can literally see the layers in which the shoes had been stuck together with glue. Absolutely shocking.
If they were on sale at a local market stall for £5 people would walk away after handling them for just a second.
What makes it more of a joke is the fact that everything on sale on the Website is apparently heavily discounted at 50% so that my "orthopedic" shoes (not so actually) were discounted from £70 to £34.99. Misleading marketing at best!
Return requested as "goods not as described" met with a stream of avoidance emails and claim "sale items not refundadable".
Claim continues in the hands of third party, however WARNED IS FOREARMED.

Crap. Ordered XL it’s more like a medium. Asked for details to return item and get refund. Told me to keep item and offered 75% off another purchase. I said no, just want a refund, they replied sale item so no refund, but 75% discount still offered. Now have done charge back with my bank.

This company need to be avoided at all costs. I am currently in dispute about a refund. They misrepresent their products claiming they are leather when they are not and the photographs are highly inaccurate. The scam is they pull you in saying there is a considerable reduction and, when you need to seek a refund for the shoddy goods ,they claim they do not refund sale items. This must be illegal. I am trying to pursue over £100 they have completely tricked my out of and I too wish I had read the reviews.

Websites like this should be banned it was low grade as you can possible get and they have the cheek to charge a higher price for items they know has the quality that came out a Christmas crackers
