Viduur - a total scam. I ordered a dress - they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed customer service - they said that returning dress wasn't possible and the dress I ordered was out of stock. Then they only offered me a partial return because they told me to keep the dress then sent! SOOOOO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IN CHINA!

I rarely post reviews but this deserves one. It is a SCAM!! The dresses pose as made in factory in Italy, when in fact you’re getting a cheap cloth from China. The dresses I received look nothing like what they portray them to be. I was cheated.

I ordered 5 dresses( foolish) and received 5 completely different dresses! AVOID AT ALL COST!

The dresses are the worst quality. Please read this review. I ordered two dresses and one of them that they sent me wasn’t even the same dress that was pictured. I strongly recommend that you don’t order from them. I’m still waiting to hear from them on the disappointing order. They do not respond but yet they want you to do a review. It does not make sense. Do not waste your money.

Oh my gosh !!!! i’ve done my homework before buying two dresses from this company. What a scam 100% needs to be shut down. Not able to return the two dresses that I got are nowhere close to what I thought I was ordering. So incredibly misleading. I’ve already contacted my credit card company to dispute this.

Quality is horrible, descriptions are misleading and they sent the wrong items. They will not respond to my emails about returning items. Save yourself the time and money and mark this clothing company off of your list to buy from!!

The worst! The ads were incredibly misleading and the quality of the clothing is HORRIBLE - the scalloped hemline was literally cut with scissors and unhemmed. It looks as if a first grader was given scissors and a project to try to follow the lines and cut the hem. I cannot explain how bad this dress is. Shame on me for buying and shame on them for selling and for such disingenuous advertising. And of course - zero customer service and zero ability to return the item.

They wont respond to return request and their clothes are made out of shower curtains basically. Do not buy.

I placed an order for a "linen dress". The dress is definitely not linen...100% polyester. I have requested a return code and label...anything....and no response. Extremely disappointed...beyond disappointing. I hate to leave negative reviews on any company but the lack of response has me upset.

Two dresses were advertised on Meeghan Mullin's Instagram account which you apparently hacked and stole the business delivering the ugliest, worst quality knockoff dresses taking 29 days to receive. So disappointed. I have requested the return of my $117 from Viduur customer service.

I ordered 3 dresses and you sent me 3 wrong dresses. I have sent multiple emails with no response. SCAM

I wish I had read these other reviews before I placed an order. I received a different dress than the one I ordered. I have sent an email everyday for over a month requesting a return/exchange, but have heard nothing back. So frustrating! I guess I’ve learned a lesson. Please don’t take a chance with this company!

Scam! Someone needs to shut this site down. Every review is the same experience I had: received a completely different dress from what I ordered, they advertised a linen dress that is fully polyester, and no one is responding to my request for a refund. Complete BS.

This company is fraudulent! I, too, ordered 3 dresses and received 3 completely different dresses. They will not honor my request for a return and will not refund my money. Do not order from them!

Love the dress I bought in blue and white stripe! Fabric is thin and shiny is only complaint.

I ordered two dresses from Viduur. Two dresses arrived that were nothing like what I ordered—different styles, different prints, and different materials—completely wrong from what was advertised and what I ordered. I have asked for a refund and return label, I even offered to pay for return shipping. Unlike what they say about being glad to help process returns, they are NOT. They offered me a discount on a future purchase and said I could keep the dresses. This has gone on for days, they have asked for pictures and I have sent screen shot of what I ordered and what I received, they will not make it right. Be aware, this company is a scam, do not order. Only giving 1 star because otherwise it would not let me leave a review--ZERO STARS. I have had to dispute through my credit card.

This company is a scam. They give you the run around on a return policy that they clearly have stated on their website. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing a $288 order of 6 dresses. They sent me a dress I didn't even order, as a replacement, like that is even an ethical practice. So I was charged for a dress I didn't order. The quality of the dresses sent were awful. Their reply to my return request was clear they do not intend to honor their return policy. Very expensive lesson for me. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

They have sent two dresses that don’t even match the description on from the website . The fabric is so cheap and it looks hideous. I want to return but they won’t honor a refund. They offered 10 percent and then 40 percent discount for my next purchase. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never buy from them
