Worst Company ever in the history of the Internet
Be very careful before ordering from this company.
In my experience, when you raise concerns about the quality of the goods and ask to return them for a full refund, instead of simply dealing with the return, they repeatedly offer increasing percentage discounts or store credit to persuade you to keep the items.
Their returns process and terms are, in my opinion, extremely poor. I was also told that I would be responsible for international return shipping and potentially additional customs charges — meaning the cost of returning the items can be completely disproportionate to the value of the goods themselves.
I specifically asked several times for clear return instructions and a full refund, yet the responses continually focused on offering me further discounts rather than properly addressing my request.
My advice is to read the returns policy extremely carefully before ordering and establish exactly where the goods must be returned to and what it will cost you. Had I understood how difficult and potentially expensive the return process would be, I would never have ordered in the first place.
