We recently moved with Zarax Removals…
We recently moved with Zarax Removals and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made sure everything was well packed and clearly labelled so that we could easily find our essentials later.
The crew handled our furniture with care and were very professional throughout the whole process. They dismantled and reassembled the larger items without any issues, and everything was placed exactly where we needed it in the new property.
What impressed us most was the positive attitude of the movers — nothing was too much trouble for them, and they stayed calm and organised even when we had a few last-minute changes.
We had several quotes before choosing Zarax, and not only were their prices very reasonable, but the service we received was also outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking moving company.

Worst packers/ if you want a cheap movers and dont care for your belongings. Look no further.
When they turned up a hour later that told. We had asked for the packing service. Well packing was terrible. Things were packed with paper but you would think you would put paper inside glass items but NO. The van wasn't big enough for all our stuff. So they had to send another van for our garage stuff. The whole service was really bad. No care for our items. They were supposed to upload cupboards and pack them separately. That didn't happen. Oh well some items got packed like gravy, salt and spices. Then when we said the bedroom still needs packing still. They said if you want to be done quicker. We should pack ourselves. So finally left the bungalow at 3.30pm.(suppose to be out by 1pm. Oh been told anothervan is coming to get everythingfrom garage). Got to storage unit at 4.30pm. Only to find out they shut at 6pm. But the very kind lady at the unit said she would wait. Now unloading the van to place in storage unit. It was a mess. And that's a understatement. Nothing was labelled so finding anything we needed was impossible. Yes they were cheaper than the other quotes we had but the guy who came round to view how much stuff we had was confident they would sent a van big enough for our stuff. Wasn't happy with this. Well we have finally moved into a new bungalow. Got someone else to move us. Wish we had found them before.

We were surprised and disappointed to read your comments, as no concerns were raised with us during or after your move, and our follow up email went unanswered. Your booking was confirmed only two days before the move, yet we still worked hard to accommodate you including sending an additional vehicle to ensure everything was transported.
It would have been much easier for us to simply decline your request due to the very short notice, as sometimes it is impossible to organise a relocation within such a timeframe. However, this is not the way our company operates we always do our best to help, even in challenging circumstances.
The move was scheduled between 8–9am, and the team arrived around 9am, slightly later due to traffic. Packing was carried out under very short notice, but all items were safely moved, and no damage claims were made, and when we reached out afterwards to understand your concerns, our email went unanswered...
We feel this review does not reflect the flexibility, goodwill, and effort we showed, but we nonetheless wish you both well in your new home.

Smooth, efficient, affordable
Everything went very smoothly from pre-move consultation, quotation to the actual day itself, when two guys showed up and got the job done quietly and efficiently, including being very responsive to where we told them to put things. We got several quotes and Zarax was also one of the cheapest. Great value.

Great Service - Thoroughly Recommend
We received great service from Zarax Removals. They arrived early and on time, very quickly loaded everything into the vans and were ready and waiting outside our new property when we completed. A very professional service from start…
A very professional service from start to finish. Danielle was always there keeping me constantly updated. My moving date changed drastically and I was only given a weeks notice . Danielle did everything to ensure they scheduled me in and gave me confidence throughout . Removal day went like a dream. I was moving a hundred miles away and I was in my new home , all my belongings unloaded by 3pm. The 2 man team went beyond their remit to do everything for me . I cannot praise their commitment and kindness enough . The most amazing thing was the price!! By far the cheapest quote I received . I would most definitely recommend this company

A stress free removal for an old lady with mobility issues.
The guys turned up on time worked tirelessly to pack load and deliver on time. They unloaded where I asked and could not have been more helpful and considerate. Made a stressful downsize move much easier. Even after I checked for misplaced items a week later they promptly reassured me and I found items in garage. Thank you boys highly recommended team at a very reasonable cost.

Absolutely amazing team. Highly recommended.
I was recommended these guys from a friend. Got them to quote me. They offered a packing service (which we didn’t need) They offer the boxes and tape option.
The quote was great. it was not too similar from two others, but the correspondence with Danielle was amazing.
We’ve got a huge 3 bed Victorian terrace with a very small yard out back. So the quote in our eyes was brilliant.
We boxes everything prior and labelled every box’s with it’s rough contents and final room destination. This made our lives extremely easy in the new house.
Day of the move.
3 guys, 2 lorries. They didn’t stop. Occasionally for a break, tea, coffee, food but not for long. They cleared the whole property within hours.
Headed for the new address. Straight at it. Done and dusted by 4pm.
They were absolutely fantastic, trustworthy, friendly, grafters.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
They’re amazing.

Zarax Removals took the stress out of…
Zarax Removals took the stress out of our move!!
Moving can be an anxious time, securing your removal date can often be dictated by many other people in the chain, causing the date you think you are moving to change! Zarax were so flexible with this, putting my mind at rest at each date hic up, telling me not to worry and just let them know when it gets locked in! In the end they only had about 8 days notice but still honoured my booking and my original quote!
On removal day, the team (Romeo and boys) were prompt and ready to get stuck in. They were hard working, polite, quick and very respectful of our belongings!
Unfortunately there was a two hour gap between handing in keys for one property and getting keys for the new one. There was no extra charge for this waiting time, and the team sat patiently (more patiently than me!) waiting for the solicitors to complete.
Upon arrival at the new house, they were super fast with the unpack. They were extremely helpful if we needed boxes that they had already put in one room, moving to another. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
They done a final check at the end with us, to make sure we were happy, before they wished us luck in our new home.
Great service, great team.
High levels of professionalism from start to finish - one less thing to worry about in a stressful process;)

The big move from Leicestershire to mid Wales
From the off the front of house and the removal team were extremely accommodating and sympathetic to our requirements
They them selves were skilled, co-ordinated and worked tirelessly. We had 4 vans to relocate 35 years of collectibles from a large 4 bed detached property. Not only that but the move was 135 miles so covered two full days with the team working right into the early evening on both days
We had the full packing service which we recommended Excellent job and whole heartedly recommend them ten out of ten gold star ⭐️.

Painless move, and very helpful
Danielle was super helpful and patient when organising the move. The move was extra smooth, the team arrived early and cleared the house and garage in just over an hour. We completed around 11:30 and they had unloaded everything by 12:30. They regularly asked where things should go, and we very friendly throughout. Excellent service

I work on the railway lines and we're putting up the electrification lines so we're always on the move.. The two lads that helped me were immense, sooo professional and on point.
