A smooth and painless move
This was a very professional arrangement from the start. I submitted a provisional list of items by telephone and received an approximate quote for the job. This was confirmed by email within two hours and a few days later when I was ready to move, I telephoned the firm again and the move took place four days later.
On the morning of the move, two men arrived spot on time, introduced themselves and got on with loading their van. They worked hard for more than two hours without a break and were then ready to roll.
As this was a local move, I led them to my new address and they unloaded everything very quickly. There was no mess, no damage to either my furniture or the property, and everything was placed where I wanted it to be.
I moved from a large Georgian property to a three-bedroom semi-detached house and it was much harder to get beds and cupboards upstairs than it had been to bring them down in the old house. The men remained cheerful and polite throughout and we parted with a very friendly hand shake.
From start to finish a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Amazing 5-star service
Amazing 5-star service. Arrived 08:30 with 2 big trucks. 3 guys basically moved our entire house. It was so speedy and way less stress for us. All we had to do was have stuff boxed up and organised for packing. It was so worth paying for the disassembly service as they did all the beds, sofas, big furniture for us. Thanks.

Excellent service and highly recommend
I have to say from quote to actual Removal day was totally stress free. On the day Romeo and Chris arrived promptly at 8 am and by 10.45 all our worldly goods were packed. Unfortunately we had a delay in gaining access to our new home because of banking problems but they were very understanding with the delay. Once we gained access they worked extremely hard and all our furniture etc arrived in our new home safely. They took extreme care of our furniture and I would recommend Zarax to anyone for moving their worldly goods. Well done Romeo and Chris. Excellent service

I can’t thank the Zarax Removals team enough
We had such a difficult time with our move because the solicitors kept dragging things on and the completion date was changed not once but several times. Honestly I was worried the removals company would loose patience with us, but Zarax Removals were brilliant from the start. They kept the date open for us and moved things around to accomodate, even though I’m sure it was a headache for them.
When the day finally came the guys worked like machines but at the same time they were so careful with every single box and piece of furniture. They lifted and carried without complaining, even when it started raining half way through. Not a scratch on the walls or on our stuff. You could see they take pride in the work.
After all the stress from the solicitor side, this part of the process was honestly a relief and I can’t thank the Zarax Removals team enough. Would definitely recomend them to anyone moving, especially if you want a company that stays patient and professional even when things get messy before the move.
