Great service from beginning to end
Great service from beginning to end. All communication from the start of the process has been fantastic. Every single member of staff has been friendly and helpful. The team came in at 7.30am, they packed up the entire house, dismantled all our furniture, then moved us to our new home, reassembled the furniture and put all the boxes in the correct rooms. The team were professional and took incredible care towards our belongings. Zarax made our move a lot less stressful and so much easier!

Fantastic, professional removal team from start to finish.
The organisation and ease of doing a video tour of our home via WhatsApp was so simple! Communication via WhatsApp meant that any questions I had were answered quickly.
On the morning of removal three gentleman arrived promptly 15 minutes early. They were very professional, protected the carpets and made sure all of our items were looked after with care. They even helped us when there were some surprise items in the loft. They carefully packed some of our larger pot plants from the garden.
For something which you expect to be very stressful, the removal team made it such a smooth experience. Thank you from all of us for your great service!

The whole service was great…
The whole service end to end was great Giani and Catalina did very good job, very professional and they have very good attitude which the most important.
I didn’t score 5 star cus on one improvement I feel the company should do which is :
They should guid the customers about the listing of items and mentioned what can cost more or less money like boxes microwave bicycles etc.
Then they should guid as well the customer if all items will go home or to store or garage next to home because the truck might not reach to the garage due to the height.
Overall am so happy and again thank you Giani and Catalin please keep the positive attitude cus it matters big time to gain and keep customers
Thanks

Dear Tarek,
Thank you for your thoughtful review and for recognizing the professionalism and positive attitude of our crew Giani and Catalin.
We're delighted to hear that you had a great experience overall. Regarding your suggestion for improvement, while we appreciate your feedback, we'd like to clarify that the guidance on item listings and logistics is typically provided during the booking process or initial consultation.
However, we understand that there may have been some miscommunication or oversight in this regard. We'll certainly review our processes to ensure that customers receive clearer information upfront.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to serving you again in the future with an even better experience :)
Best wishes,

I can not fault this company from start…
I can not fault this company from start to finish. From when I contacted them to the move date I had two fall through and they stuck to good quotes and provide free change of dates within a certain period which I had to use. They were friendly and helpful and good communication.
I've just relocated from Northamptonshire to suffolk and decided to use removals but was apprehensive. On move day, Giani and Romeo arrived early and worked so hard and fast. They used all the appropriate packaging and were careful. I had to stay at the house to hand over the keys so I gave them the keys and they headed off. By the time I got there they had unloaded all the things into the relevant rooms. They installed my washing machine and assembled beds. My sofa wouldn't fit so they went above and beyond to get it in as it's just my son and I and I couldn't afford to lose it. Giani and Romeo were friendly, hard working and professional.
I would highly recommend this company and I thank Zarax for their communication and hard work and making a really stressful time alot let stressful.

Would highly recommend 100%
Great experience from start to finish! Provided a quote and then did a video survey and formal quote. Took everything into consideration and put me at ease all would go to plan on the day (moving house is stressful enough) very happy with the price, compared to other I had been quoted they are very competitive. The service on the day was fantastic, the 2 lads got straight to work packing the van and cleared my 3 bed semi and garden and shed in about 2 hours, no hassle. Great guys, all handled with care and precision. Then moved me into my new house, they put covers all over my new floors, put everything back into the rooms they had come from (not an easy job as on 3 floors) and again did this in about 2 hours, after waiting around for me to get the keys to my new home. Could not recommend enough and would definitely use them again. Absolutely brilliant thank you so much 😊
