SCAM!!!! Made me jump through hoops for broken zip dress sent and then decided to ignore their returns policy determined that they refuse to accept their own items back as returns as they know their products are all substandard, fake, and ai’d. If you ever order you will regret it!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star - not as advertised - material is shocking and so cheap - absolutely awful and false advertising

This is a scam shop beware they are scamming details I have reported them to international fraud and they are being tracked now as apparently this is on going with multiple names !!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying! My item was delivered and left in a dustbin (that was then emptied). Company take no responsibility - even though on the delivery company it says the Seller must open a dispute. Will take this further with my bank. AVOID

Absolute scammers. Same as all other reviews. Just been offered 20%refund and keep the tat that I received. I ordered the wrong size by mistake . Ordered the correct size then emailed and explained. Excuse after excuse . So now got 2 of the same appalling made tat .

If I could give zero star I would AVOID this site it’s dreadful cheap tat clothes are nothing remotely like advertising, no customer service response and they decide if you can return absolutely outrageous

Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs ladies and gents.
Purchased a dress ,when it arrived it was absolutely of poor quality and far too big oh and looked nothing like the picture on website.
Trying to return is laughable, they want to offer you every discount under the sun to avoid sending you a returns label.
Despite highlighting the consumer rights act on a number of occasions and stressing very clearly a returns label is required for a full refund , Jolinah from customer services is still trying 2 days later.
Unfortunately no contact number , no live chat link ! you can only reach out via email HOWEVER clearly not in the UK or even in a European time zone!!!
Therefore, my advice is to save yourself the stress and avoid. I am surprised companies like this still exist and hopefully going forward with the power of spreading awareness they won’t be for much longer and the website will get shutdown for fraudulently trading.
Jolinah from customer services left me no option but to hand the dispute over to my bank.

I ordered a dress not sure what material to expect but the tassels on the video, were definitely not what I got, creased snips of the actual dress, very disappointed and a lot of money, and as another review said, it advertises as London, not!! Don’t bother!

The picture of the dress I ordered was beautiful. Looked like velvet/faux suede. Gorgeous. What I got was 100% polyester crap. Nothing like the picture. And I can’t return it as the return address is in China and we know how that goes. They offered me 30% refund and 30% discount on their website. Told them I’ll take the refund and to shove the discount up their a**. Also. Website is zara mae london so you assume it’s a British company. Nope. China. This shouldn’t be allowed.
