Should be zero. Ordered over £100 of clothing. Poor quality. Tried to return which they did not want to process. Eventually had to pay around £20 shipping to return and received no refund. Chasing for months but I won’t hear back.

1 star is too good. Absolute rip off !!

If I could put minus stars I would !!! This company is a complete scam ! They steal photos from other websites and portray them as their own!!! They reproduce these items that are NOTHING like the pictures and when you try to get your money back they refuse to refund you!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Do not use this company avoid at all costs.

Quality is poor but more importantly when asking to return an item they wanted us to send pictures before arranging a return and then ran us out of time on the return and then refused to arrange a return.

Very poor would not use these people again.

Jacket was cheap looking and certainly not like photo so I asked to return and a full refund - they offered me various offers, money off, keep jacket etc etc - Finally I got a return form and sent it back at post office and paid 28 pound - after e mailing them to ask if they received the return they said was at customs !! I told them I did everything correctly - they now taking off 15 per cent of refund to get this sorted - avoid as this is not a legitimate company ! Still waiting for refund - this is based in China not London as advertised ! Avoid avoid avoid !

I had a very disappointing Dishonest experience with this company.

The products I received looked nothing like the images on the website and the quality was extremely poor — unwearable in my case. When I raised this and tried to resolve it calmly, I was told I would have to pay international return shipping and potential customs fees to obtain a refund, despite the issue not being my fault.

After extensive back-and-forth with no resolution, I have now had to pursue the matter through my bank.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious,

I bought 2 jackets one leather and one suede .It said London company but it took weeks and numerous emails to get the hoods . They were very poor quality and looked nothing like the photo . ( Shein would be better and cheaper ) . I asked to return and got the usual ‘we’ll exchange or give 120% credit’ then the next email offered 50% credit . If I exchanged for a simple jogging type suit and kept the items , they wanted £23 postage cost . I would not recommend this company plus I was led to believe it was a UK based company . The tracking number was from Japan

I would give minus 10 star if possible. I ordered leather jacket. Waited weeks to arrive when received not great quality and sizing not UK sizing. Was going to cost approx price of item to return to CHINA. Wording on website very misleading as says free delivery and returns. But returns at your own expense. After many emails of offers had no choice but to accept 20% refund BUT no refund has been provided despite them saying it has!!! Avoid at all costs.. wish I had read reviews. There is another site with London in title sorry cannot remember name but seems same company to me. These sites should be banned from facebook.

I ordered the Delvienne – Vintage Suede Finish Longline Coat from Zara Mae London after it was described as having a “soft lining” and presented as a winter coat.

The item I received was thin, single-layer and completely unlined. The visible centre-back seam is the outer seam, confirming there is no lining as described.

When I contacted the company, I was not offered a straightforward return. Instead, I received a series of emails offering increasing partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%) or store credit if I kept the item. A full refund was only offered on condition that I returned the coat to China at my own expense, despite the website advertising “free returns.” The return address provided during the PayPal dispute was in Shenzhen, China.

The branding and marketing create the impression of a London-based retailer, but the returns process involved overseas shipping, which was not clearly stated at the point of purchase.

Based on my experience, the product description and returns process were not as I reasonably expected, and I would not purchase from this company again. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I ordered a jacket and when it eventually arrived, one of the arms was sown shut, so couldn't put the thing on! and also had a tear! it was a far cry from the coat advertised and bloody awful fishy smell to the faux fur collar too.
I contacted the company via email, was offered, 20% discount, which i turned down, then offered 40% which i reluctantly accepted, not liking the thought of returning to China, and then they redacted the offer, saying they will send out a replacement, which I do not want,
Apparently defective or incorrect products are replaced, not refunded. This is all covered in their t+c's
I have contacted my Bank and its now in their hands.

Please do not purchase from this site - do not waste your money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A SO CALLED COMPANY!! If it was possible I’d give them -stars. The clothes are cheap and badly made and the fit is terrible. I tried to return only to be offered 10% and to choose another item free but had to pay postage then 20% until I reported to PayPal and now it’s 40%. The address they give to return costs a fortune to send back to so please don’t waste your hard earned cash on this joke of a seller. They say London but it’s china. Cheap and very nasty. I’m currently trying to get PayPal to resolve the issue for me. Not sure how it’s going to go but I’m trying everything possible to get a 100% refund as they’re false advertising by saying it’s a British company

Do not use this online shop – complete rip-off.

They don’t provide return labels. When you email to ask for one, it takes weeks for them to respond. Eventually they tell you to keep the item and choose something else, but you still have to pay delivery. Why would I want to order again when the product is cheap rubbish?

The dress I received looked like a dishcloth. When I asked for a refund and how to return it, they started making excuses, saying it would cost much more because I’d have to send it back, “hire a courier”, and that it would be left at the airport (which makes no sense).

Then they offered a partial refund of only £7 on a £40 dress. Absolutely appalling customer service and borderline scam behaviour.

The clothes on their website looked beautiful! I ordered a suede coat and a dress. Weeks later I received the two items. Both were scrunched up in cheap plastic bags. I had paid£120 pounds and received absolute tat! Cheap fabric that looked nothing like the photos I viewed. I am trying to return them now. Wish me luck!

I had been looking for a vintage suede coat for ages & saw one advertised that looked perfect!
Then it arrived!
Complete false advertising & when I requested to return the item they have made it really difficult - they advertise they have a UK warehouse - they don’t - I have managed to get a return address from them but it seems a bit fake but I’ll give it a go!
They only offered the refund & return info once I threatened them.
On social media they have turned the comments off - that should be a big clue!!!

I ordered a lovely shearling jacket (£75) when it arrived it smelled terribly of fish and was totally unwearable.
The company refused to accept a return unless I paid the return cost to China!
The best they could offer was 30% partial refund.
Got pay pal involved and they agreed that this was acceptable. Never ever buy from this company!!

This is a scam online platform , they sell very poor quality products ( made in China ) total different from what they post on website . They refuse to refund money back , refuse to provide return label for the parcel .
I made an official complain , also will report them if they don’t take action .

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering something from this company. But I totally fell in love with a beautiful brushed cotton dress and got blindsided by a hideous, shiny, flimsy monstrosity. This is NOT a UK based company, as the website, shipping policy and prices would have you believe. It's run by AI on an algorithm to offer you a refund at 5% increments until you lose your mind. China based, of course, all return shipping costs and customs at the customers expense despite the fact we've been scammed. Makes me nervous about buying anything online these days. Don't know how these people can sleep at night.
