Ordered two dresses in different sizes. Neither fitted. Asked for return details. The company that says it’s London based. ITS NOT. They refused a full refund only giving options of discount on next purchase. The return address is based in China. !!!! This website was on Pinterest which I have reported. I shall also be in touch with trading standards and I’m going to my bank to start a chargeback. It clearly states on their website a full refund within 30 days which I quoted to the company and still they’re only offering discount on next purchase. Do not use this site it’s a SCAM.

SCAM Do not trust this company the clothes are nothing like advertised.

New update he is saying Customs hold the package for over 30days again offering me 20% refund after challenging him that his address is not legit. Ive reported it to Clear Pay and Citizen Advice

Ordered a coat which looked nice online, took ages to arrive , very poor quality, cheap and nasty looking and did not fit... not that I would want to wear it anyway .

Wish I could give a minus rating as I ordered a suede coat, it came in very small packaging so couldn’t be suede. It is like brushed cotton. Item looks nothing like the imaged used online and I imagine the return address is China. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Absolute Sham of a company! Completely been scammed!! My jacket I ordered in good faith was a completely different colour and the quality was disgusting! Nothing like advertised at all and to top it off it had 2 ugly big marks on the back of the jacket. They may as well of sent me rubbish! I’ve emailed for a returns notice so I can get a refund but I’m being completely ignored.
A jacket I thought was a bargain at £49 reduced from £100, I wouldn’t want it for free! Not fit for purpose. So angry.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I would hate anybody else to experience this sham of a company.

Reluctant to select 1 star but the lowest option available. Bought a ‘suede’ coat half price in the winter sale originally priced at £120. 3 weeks for delivery. Quality was shocking & certainly not what was pictured or described. Website return unclear & had to go via email. They were very reluctant to accept a return. They initially offered 10% refund & 20% discount of another order but I would need to pay for shipping. They avoided answering simple queries. Several emails back & forth with no adequate solution - outrageous!

Deserves 0 stars. Do not purchase from ZaraMae London. Pure scam. The clothes are incredibly cheap, poorly made, rubbish material, irregular sizing. Ordered two dresses and a suede coat, all absoluteTat! I was disgusted and disappointed. I could have found better quality in Primark. Don’t be fooled by the social advertisements or the website it’s a complete scam!

They have offered me a 20% refund and to keep it?? I don’t want it!! Awful quality nothing like the photos advertised…Now they are saying I need to pay the return postage even though they’re at fault!! Awful company avoid at all costs!!! 😡😡😡

The same thing happened to le O orders an otem them I realised it wasnt from.tje actual website.
I contacted customer services gor a refund I got no response next thing it had been dispatched when it arived I was so annoyed it was cheaply made without a tag in there.. I sent lile 5 emails before I got a response and they offered for me to keep the item and order somthing else and all I jad to pay was a small delivery charge.. I chose somthing then I was asked to pau £16.99. I was like wait you said 'small delivery charge' I then said no this is not good enough then they said 10% cash refund (which is nothing) and 50% store credit I stated that I dismt even want the item and I jist want my money back.
. Then they send me the address and stated that I would be responsable for customes charged... this company needs to be shut down overly priced cheap tac !!!

Zara-the page it’s made exactly the same just to confuse people, when I realized few minutes later I went online and asked for cancellation of order-ONLY FEW MINUTES AFTER ORDERING-I emailed them & they charged me 15% of the value of my order just for cancellation-SHOCKING absolutely disgusting fraud of a company!

Absolutely crap clothing and false advertising! Advertising as being a UK based company but trading from China. Cheap tat and the clothes look nothing like the picture. They’re overpriced then marked down to make you think you’re getting a good sale price but the clothes aren’t worth even half of the sale price let alone what it’s originally marked up as. There’s nothing indicating on their site that it’s international shipping. I went through hell trying to return an item because they didn’t want to disclose their address so they kept offering me a new item and telling me to keep the item I have. Why would I want to keep something I don’t want and why would I want to choose something else?? It’s all rubbish!! What upset me more than anything is they have clearpay attached to them and you’d think I’d be safe and covered but oh no, clearpay wants nothing to do with it :( So there goes £40 down the drain. LADIES DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! For future reference too if you see clearpay it still doesn’t mean you are safe to shop. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

Warrants a zero star as seems to be a big scam! Both dresses I ordered are nothing like the website pictures, material is completely different and awful quality. It's an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund, they constantly offer money off to keep the items and store credit, which I would never use. I have now contacted my bank to look into and claim my money back!

The dress arrived too big poor quality and like the other reviews refusal of full refund purchased through PayPal so seeing if they have any joy. Avoid at all cost.

I received a package today and was horrified with the contents. Absolute false advertising. One garment looks like something you'd give to a four year old for dress up . Nothing like the pictures , complete false advertising. Advert came up on FB would suggest reporting them also not sure if they change their name so under different names . Products are pure tat. Nothing like images . They are not London based guessing somewhere in China. Avoid
