Having transferred my treatment from a private dermatologist, I was amazed at the ease of the transition and how much more convenient and affordable Zapped is. I can't fault Zapped so far - always such an efficient and reliable service and I am so glad I transferred to their care. I was hesitant at first because it all seemed too good to be true, but honestly I can confirm - they really are just amazing!! They've cracked it and I can't recommend the team highly enough.

This company are absolutely exceptional in every way possible. Everything was very easy to organise and all staff was very eager to help! My dermatologist Dr Hameed put me at ease instantly and was so understanding about my skin and was very easy to talk too! Absolutely brilliant service from Zapped. The website is sleek and so easy to use, and I was almost desperate to be sceptical as the whole service and process seemed too good to be true, but it is actually as good as it sounds. From booking my consultation, to having it and then to the aftercare, everything has been so spot on.

Professional, friendly and supportive service from all of the professionals at Zapped. My dermatologist (Dr Hameed) was understanding and kind through out the whole course of treatment and Dr Ali was also incredibly helpful and supportive. This platform allowed me to access treatment that I was unable to access through the NHS due to the limitations of living rurally. In the space of 6 months I have gone from painful, embarrassing acne to completely clear skin - I never thought I’d see the day so thank you Zapped. I can’t recommend you enough!

My experience with Zapped has been nothing but a smooth experience. I have been doing the Roaccutane course paying via monthly instalments, which make the costs so affordable and the team are really adaptive to your circumstances. For me I was able to switch from Zapped to the NHS, which they were totally okay about - meaning all I have to do now is finish off the costs of the private care in instalments (they do not pressure you to pay outright, which is amazing!!)

The employees/Dermatologists are all so professional and kind. The regular check ins with the dermatologist are great for getting one to one advice and they always ensure your safety is first and the do not rush to get your session over, they’re happy to take the time to ensure all is well with you.

The correspondence is sent like clockwork meaning you’re never without the tablets or pregnancy tests.

I was introduced to Zapped on Instagram and decided to explore the option of using a private dermatologist after having bad experiences through the NHS.

Everything from the very first communication with Zapped, through out my treatment and communication with 3 different people associated with the company, right through to my final appointment things have been seamless.

This is an amazing option for those who have exhausted all options and need help with their skin. It is extremely convenient and reasonably priced.

I can not recommend Zapped enough, Roaccutane has helped me get back so much of my confidence. It is genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

Zapped came to my rescue last year when I’d reached the lowest point in my acne journey.
