Amazing experience with zapped I've recently finished my treatment and I'm very happy with the results! Everything was made so easy from start to finish, I would highly recommend!

I have been taking isotretinoin with Zapped for around 2 months now and have been really happy with the service so far! My dermatologist is friendly and very knowledgeable, he is always more than happy to answer any questions I have. Everything has been very efficient with regards to appointments/blood tests and getting prescriptions delivered etc I really can’t fault it.

Zapped made me feel very comfortable and made the process so easy. I was worried about everything being online but they are so good at responding to queries and made me feel at ease. I felt listened to my the dermatologist and he really did understand my concerns. I have been referred to dermatologists through the NHS previously and have never had a positive experience which made me look for an alternative method and zapped has provided that for me.

as an online service it is very convenient and suits your timetable. I found the the "do it yourself bloodtest" tricky so prefered to go through my gp. No major side effects and such a difference in my skin. Have been taking photos throughout the process which I would tecommend doing so you can observe your own journey.

Options provided for chronic mild acne and was supported to go on accutane, zapped helped explain all the processes clearly and was able to commence treatment shortly after initial consultation. Feel supported in my treatment and able to contact the team should I have any concerns or queries.

I have invested so much time and money into getting help and nobody has listened to me and given me more efficient service than Zapped. I cannot believe how speedy they have been, within a week of initially enquiring I had answers, a solution and a plan in place. I feel so confident beginning my journey with them as they are always just an email away to answer any questions I have! Would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with skin issues.

I Initially wanted to use roacctuane through the NHS after previously using so many failed acne prescriptions. Once the epidemic hit I was then told there would be a minimum 3 year waiting list on the NHS so I resorted to looking into private treatments. I then came across ZappedSkin online dermatology through instagram reviews. I was sceptical at first to use an online service because I’m so used to physically going into the GP and hospital for my acne care but honestly Zapped was the best decision I made for my skin. Using Zapped was very convenient especially whilst being at university or at work because I got to speak to a consultant after work hours in the comfort of my own room, take a quick and effective blood test at home and receive my prescription straight to my door rather than having to travel all the way to the hospital and pharmacy which can often take several hours. The staff at zapped are all very kind and informative and when I would email any queries they would respond very quickly (literally just within minutes or the same day)

In terms of roaccutane I had a really good experience, it cleared up my acne very well and I even noticed a huge reduction in my pores. The doctors and staff at zapped really take care of you, they listen to any worries you may have and really help you throughout the whole process. Their overall service was very fast and to the upmost quality so I am really glad I used ZappedSkin for my acne treatment. I will definitely be using Zapped again in the future if I ever need to :)

I started a course of Roaccutane with the NHS in 2020 (after waiting and fighting for this for such a long time) unfortunately this was cut short after 2 months due to the pandemic and I was devastated. When things started to go back to normal, they could not offer me another appointment until over a year away.
After much research last year, i came across Zapped Skin on Instagram and online, and had a consultation with one of the dermatologists who went into depth about the treatment plan they could offer and how the process worked with Zapped, and i was already starting my first month of Roaccutane within 2 weeks of this first consultation. The whole process was seamless and so convenient. Blood tests, pregnancy tests and tablets were all sent to my home address, and consultations were all done over the phone via the app at a time most convenient for me. During this time I was cabin crew, and would find it difficult to arrange appointments with the NHS around flying and then having to drive to a hospital that was quite far from my house to go for blood tests and pick up my prescriptions - Zapped Skin eliminated all of this for me, and I only wish I'd have started this sooner.
The support and advise I received from my dermatologist was unmatched and there was never a time where I felt like I couldn't email or bring up any queries in my consultations. Even after my final consultation, I was offered treatment and follow ups to maintain my skin if I needed it.
For anyone considering using Zapped Skin, please do not hesitate. They offer great price plans, that are affordable and if I ever felt the need, in the future to speak to someone about my skin/ go back on Roaccutane, then I would 100% come back to Zapped skin.
I have recommended Zapped to a few friends, who have also not looked back!
It has been worth every single penny.
Honestly, if you are struggling with your skin and your appointment on the NHS is months away (like mine was) then just book your consultation with zapped and I promise you won’t regret it!

Zapped skin has been amazing from beginning to end. I have had acne since I was 15 and I'm now 25. The NHS is great and I appreciate all the hard work the doctors, nurses & everyone does but specialist departments like skin are gravely underfunded. This means for someone who is struggling with acne, it can take months or years till you get a referral. I was waiting for 9-10 months before I came across Zapped Skin on Instagram through influencer Lou Northcote. They are so efficient and great to work with! The team is really friendly and always reply to emails. It's great to see a company offering affordable payment plans too! I just finished my 6-month Roaccutane journey a week ago and I'm so much happier & confident with my skin thanks to Zapped Skin. Just want to say thank you to everyone at Zapped but especially to Dr Chiang my dermatologist, she was always transparent and honest with me. She allowed me to express what I thought and felt. And Dr Ali was always replying to my emails even out of hours it seemed when I had concerns about things or questions. When I ran out of blood tests or pregnancy tests because of mistakes I made (user error here!), it was always really easy to get them posted often. Almost always it was next-day delivery too even with the prescriptions themselves and often Dr Ali would be the one arranging these. Really recommend it to everyone, especially if it is feasible for you to pay for treatment because you really do get a good quality of care!

I haven’t been with zapped for too long just yet, but I joined after my friend recommended them too me saying how amazing they are. And I cannot fault them so far. Extremely polite, fast and Efficient and really take the time to understand your concerns and help. Extremely satisfied with the service so far and I cannot wait to see what the next few months being with zapped!

Very easy to access and never had a problem! Prescriptions were quick to appear online and payments were just as easy to pay!

I'm a month into my treatment and it's been extremely smooth sailing. I have moderate but persistent acne and after trying other medications I knew I wanted to try roaccutane. I booked a text consultation and got a reply so quickly with a direct answer. From there I had a video consultation and a treatment plan for roaccutane pending blood & pregnancy tests. I couldn't believe how efficient everything was. I now have monthly check ins with a Dermatologist and I'm already a month into my roaccutane journey. I love the NHS but there can be wait lists so if you want to take action with your skin and you've researched the route you want to take, I wouldn't hesitate to book a consultation as you have a someone's dedicated time to go through everything and answer any questions you have. It feels a bit more personal and they get things done which I love as I knew this is the route I wanted to go. As far as the actual medication, my skin has cleared apart from the odd deep spot that was waiting under my skin. Side effects only include dry skin and lips so far but these are monitored during each consultation and reviewed before dose is altered. Bottom line, I would recommend this for anyone struggling with their skin. Do your research beforehand and know what your asking for as it can be costly but for me it's been worth it to finally feel like I'm getting somewhere with my skin.

A good platform for those not wanting to wait on the NHS. Very efficient and friendly staff & dermatologists who provide an organised service catering to your needs. It is a little on the pricey side so may not be suitable for all hence the 4 stars, but in the grand scheme it is worth it for those who want a more efficient and personal service
