Zak Learning Anmeldelser

I purchased MS Office and everything was ok initially, but following some other upgrades I experienced some issues, Fabian went above and beyond to assist. Thank you so much, it was really appreciated.

I bought MS Office 2024 Pro Plus earlier this year and had no problems initally. I followed the instructions and everythink worked well.

Then I couldn't access MS Office and was back and forth with ZAK, but for some reason I couldn't get it sorted.

Eventually, I arranged a phone call to resolve this issue and Kelly called me and sorted it all our in a matter of minutes. - Thank you, Kelly

Like many other people (according to these reviews) I had problems initially with loading MS Office 2024 but Fabian very patiently helped me overcome the hitches. I am very grateful for his support and would definitely use Zak Learning again.

Had a problem with activation - got an instant response to my email which sorted the problem.
Thank you Fabian!

I bought Microsoft Office via Wowcher, which came via ZAK Learning. It loaded fine and I used it - but a month later it is no longer valid and the key is no longer recognized. Did I pay good money for just a month's trial? It looks like it to me.

I bought Office 2024 through Wowcher and in spite of following the instructions and attempting the process several times I have not succeeded in installing the software. I have emailed requesting a refund but have not even received an acknowledgement.

I purchased Windows office, but was apprehensive about loading on to my computer (82 years old and not very confident with this technology). I contacted Fabian who guided me through the installation, and to my surprise it worked first time. His instructions were excellent and I would strongly recommend Zak learning.

Excellent customer service . They respond to emails very promptly and issues sorted out with a minimum of fuss. Fabian is excellent.

Their products are excellent, customer service is fast and the solutions are effective.

Purchased Microsoft office and had an issue at the final stage of the download. I contacted support and within 24 hours had a solution curtesy of Fabian. Step by step instructions were provided and within 2 minutes all sorted.
First class!

Bought the word app. Had some initial problems loading but easily solved by email support. Great job. Would recommend

Excellent customer service with the help to install MS Office. Thank you Fabian!

I purchased Microsoft Office from Zak. I had a problem with loading the software, so I contacted their customer service and was helped by Fabian. He sent me an email which described each step which had to be taken. I still had a problem as I had not removed all of the Office 365 files that came with the laptop. He asked me if he could remote control my laptop. I agreed and he quickly installed Office for me. Normally, companies badger you for reviews by just doing their normal job. I was so impressed I contacted Zak asking where I could leave a review.....and here it is a full 5* for a job extremely well done, Thank you Fabian !!

Amazing support from Fabian today! Really happy with all the help provided. Very friendly and professional interactions. Thank you

I bought Microsoft Office Professional 2024 and had problems with getting rid of my old Office 2019. I emailed Zak and they replied with exact and perfect details as how to get rid of the old software. My new Office 2024 now works. Thank you Fabian!!!

What a great experience buying from Zak Learning.
Being from the older generation!! I struggled to get the download code to work, but a couple of emails back and forth with Kelly soon had the whole thing working properly

I wish I read these reviews - it is a pirate version, which worked for a month. Ended up going direct to Microsoft.

Hi purchased Home & Student Microsoft office 2019. Had difficulty downloading this package - got stuck on the first process to get code but finally managed to get. Followed next download but would not go past the dvd burn part. Emailed Zak but had no response yet. Do not purchase unless you are a IT specialist because it is complex.

I bought software and twice gave the wrong email, customer service was very professional and prompt, i would highly recommend Zak-Learning.com

Fabian helped me set up my Office 24 and tidied up my laptop of things that were not necessary, which freed up storage space. Thank you Fabian. You are a star ⭐
