Had a good first experience for a Spotify account. Ordered a new one for a relative, worked for 8 hours. Contacted support. No answer by email, no answer on WA… just lost money.
Easy to set up,on for another 12 months. New subscription details sent almost straight away, which for saying it was a Sunday I didn't expect.
Always deliver on time, reason for not 5 star is because had issue with products but they fix it promptly when I email them with the issue

As we keep giving updates on WhatsApp, We had a huge Spotify problem and we were taking care of it in last 12 days as there is more than 1500 account dropped so we had no time to respond to messages and there was some delays in orders

48€ for a Duo on Spotify that worked 2 months. Ok... they give guarantee. So i wrote to Z4Keys. I got an automatic answer (not before i bought!), and... nothing since 10 days. I wrote 3 mails and on Whatsapp. Nothing.
Not serious at all.

Unfortunately I also have the Spotify issue, originally messaged on whats app on 31st April with no response, then filled in the online form on 6th April, still no response. My YouTube premium account has also been suspended. No response. I have left this review for a long time to give them plenty of time to put right. Hopefully someone will actually answer.
I had been using this company for two years and in general they have been good.
Edit. I’ve not asked for a refund, I’ve asked for it to be sorted, as per messages.
Edit. Spotify is back but still no YouTube premium

I've been waiting for two weeks for a refund, which I'm owed according to the website. Unfortunately, the only response I received was "I want to make sure we've explored all options for you."
After a few days, a survey was created with the following options:
-new account(Fast Process)
-Follow Up With Me To Find Best Solution (Slow Process)
This is pure scamming, lying, and blatant deception.

consider I'm fixing +1400 spotify account in last few days ( +850 Fixed ) and I get 1400 customers keep sending messages every minute so I handle fixes + respond as much as I can
Consider it works for long time and those just couple of days I'm fixing it, I didn't hide or ask for money or anything, Just time and all will back to Normal !!!
