My account Duo Plan, was blocked last March 31st. 2 days later, they sent me 2 new accounts as replacement, But today (April 21st) after 19 days these 2 new accounts were blocked again .. please solve this problem ..
My order is #12923, I would like to get 2 new accounts for the 8 moths left, please contact me ..
I have already sent Spotify Fix report ..

why after getting a great service for a year assuming we don't legit by only not responding for couple of days
we had a much pressure these days that cause us delay in replies or things, now we have support ticket for orders in site to faster the solutions, your problem will be handled but just wait as we handle few problems at same time

Contacted first time on 1 April .. on WhatsApp 2 and 2 times the form ( spotfix) no answer the guy is becoming a scammer be careful with this shop.. we emailed customers and told them many times we have pressure, although we had a new form as we said on whatsapp channel but mostly u keep using old form
all who submitted new channel in last week were fixed, u were keep filling old form that didn't ask for all info so was hard to fix them and check

Disappointed in the IPTV had it for one day and it just stops working. It's not a stable service. However it's cheep.

Like many I have used this company for a long time, but alas the service has gone!
Ordered a renewal subscription 6 days ago and despite numerous messages to WhatsApp no response apart from AI saying support team will contact. Still no update or response from the support team so very disappointed and unable to enter my order number in drop down box to raise a ticket on the website
Unless things change I cannot recommend this company any longer. This is for Youtube not spotify.
Back to 5 stars - finally sorted out my subscription but think the AI WhatsApp is helping

just fill spotify new form to get it fixed, we handling fixes every day ( 20 mostly per day ) the customers who didn't got fix
on whatsapp channel i keep mention that ai may tell you he will help but if i didn't check chat, can't help so always wait for me and if spotify problem use the form, link shared on whatsapp channel many times

What happened to the service? (With update)
This used to be a great site, but no longer sadly.
I purchased 3 months of express VPN on 02/04, it stopped working on 14/04.
Emailed on Tuesday 14/04 and got a response but it still didn’t work, I’ve emailed back since numerous times with no response.
I also don’t think there is any point in them having a WhatsApp contact either as it is just an AI automated response so doesn’t resolve the issue.
It’s now Friday 17/04 and I still have no response or vpn service.
UPDATE: Problem is now fixed, so thankyou for sorting that out.
I would be happy to give a 5 star review if response times are resolved.

I do not recommend this service.
The subscription only worked for two months, and then stopped due to a region issue. I noticed in other reviews that refunds seem to be offered, but in my case, I have received no response after sending two messages over the past two weeks.
Very disappointing customer service — not worth it.

Ordered software, within 7 mths of a year subscription stopped working , they agreed a refund of the final 5 mths , but havent had it, and theyve ghosted me ever since

48€ for a Duo on Spotify that worked 2 months. Ok... they give guarantee. So i wrote to Z4Keys. I got an automatic answer (not before i bought!), and... nothing since 10 days. I wrote 3 mails and on Whatsapp. Nothing.
Not serious at all.

Unfortunately I also have the Spotify issue, originally messaged on whats app on 31st April with no response, then filled in the online form on 6th April, still no response. My YouTube premium account has also been suspended. No response. I have left this review for a long time to give them plenty of time to put right. Hopefully someone will actually answer.
I had been using this company for two years and in general they have been good.
Edit. I’ve not asked for a refund, I’ve asked for it to be sorted, as per messages.
Edit. Spotify is back but still no YouTube premium

I've been waiting for two weeks for a refund, which I'm owed according to the website. Unfortunately, the only response I received was "I want to make sure we've explored all options for you."
After a few days, a survey was created with the following options:
-new account(Fast Process)
-Follow Up With Me To Find Best Solution (Slow Process)
This is pure scamming, lying, and blatant deception.
