We have no team to respond so either i focus on fixing your account and other customers or i just keep responding to you and other 1500 customer telling you i will fix which you all not stop asking till it fixed
And as i respond i can never have time to do fixes !
Why cant follow whatsapp updates and wait till your account fix, a lot of customers works for a months or years but once stop and we do fixes all assume we not legit !!!!!

Rubbish, paid for spotify 12 months, and stopped working, email sent, no reply, online form submitted no reply, SCAM.
Update after reply.

Why cant follow whatsapp updates and wait till your account fix, a lot of customers works for a months or years but once stop and we do fixes all assume we not legit !!!!!

Spotify canceled after few days of purchasing a 1 year Duo account.
Update: They tried to resolve the issue by adding me to a family account, but that account was also canceled—or I was removed from it—and my account reverted to a free account again.

consider I'm fixing +1400 spotify account in last few days ( +850 Fixed ) and I get 1400 customers keep sending messages every minute so I handle fixes + respond as much as I can
Consider it works for long time and those just couple of days I'm fixing it, I didn't hide or ask for money or anything, Just time and all will back to Normal !!!

AVOID !!
AVOID !!! BEWARE !!! Like a lot of other customers with reviews my Spotify got cancelled after paying for 12 months, yet the “amazing customer service” they say , has failed to respond to my asking why in 3 days which is long enough to expect a response , like all the other reviews here they have just ignored when things go wrong, but are quick enough to take money

Be careful
Started off well well, however I have since had my You Tube and Spotify accounts cancelled.
Z4keys are slow at replying when issues like this arise, my account has now been down 3 days 😡😡😡
