YS helped me so much when I had my accident. I called a different accident management company and they seemed a little slow called up YS and they got everything sorted within two weeks. They came and picked my car up which was a 2017 Audi A5 and I was given a 72 plate BMW 420i thanks to YS. They got the repair done very quickly making it look brand new and even tho I couldn’t come and pick up the car they delivered it to my home address as well as giving it a full valet service and a full tank of fuel. YS really take customer satisfaction to another level. Can not recommend and thank YS Claims enough.

Got involved in a non fault accident. Due to no fault of my own my insurance got cancelled. Was stuck in the dark and I found YS through tiktok. They came through, found I was not at fault and got me paid out in full from the third party insurance. Life savers 💯

Had an accident on 24th of Feb called YS claims on the 25th. They arranged a courtesy car brand new 72 plate seat Leon, my vehicle ( Ford fiesta 2009) so definitely better then a like for like. I had received the cheque to get paid out and even had the car over a week after that so I could find another car.
Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone that’s been in an accident they took all the stress away made it simple, no waiting around for a courtesy car and best part I didn’t have to pay my excess of £750.

At the time of the incident I got passed on YS claims details, they advised me from the beginning as to what steps to take, great professional service from start to end. They recovered my car and provided me with a curtesy car as soon as possible. They handled all the repairs to my car and returned it to me in a really good condition. Had an accident and YS CLAIMS was recommended to me. It was the best decision I made as I received a replacement car straight away and the car I got was beyond my expectation. I was happy with my repair on the car and everything was done in reasonable timing.

WOW!! YS Claims do not fail to disappoint! My most recent accident I received a courtesy car in 14 hours!!!!! I had received excellent cars both times round, brand new luxury cars bmw 3 series, Mercedes A class, bmw 1 series and Audi A3.
I was paid out more than expected for the value of my car and my claim was completed within a month which was convenient. My personal I just was also sorted and within 2 months which was superb. All the stress with dealing with insurance was taken from me and YS CLAIMS dealt with it all for me. I highly recommend YS CLAIMS and I will 100% be using you again.
