My advice is to avoid this company at all cost. I was sold a dodgy mursalane insurance policy and then when I had an accident ys claims got involved. This is a ring of ghost brokers that’ sell dodgy insurance and do the claims. At no point was I explained anything regarding the accident. The repairs to my car was of really low quality. They didn’t replace by door but filled it in with puty. They told me my car was being repaired by a manufacturer approved repairer when in reality my vehicle tracker showed it was in a scrap yard In Smethwick. Even there tiktok videos shows them located in a scrap yard but I didn’t know this until after. They are only interested in providing credit repair. At no point was I explained that the bill was my responsibility. When I phoned in to complain I was threatened with the bill for my repair and said they would shut my file and charge me. I was shocked that such a scam could exist in today’s day and age. To sell you a dodgy insurance policy, they force you to give them the claim, then do dodgy repairs and charge the third party insurance as if it was done in a dealership and then if they fail to recover the invoice they will bill me (the client). I have contacted Mursalne insurance and they have no details of my insurance policy. I have reported them to the police and to the financial conduct authority as they are not a regulated claims management company. They do not answer calls or respond back to emails. It would be interesting to see if I get a response back to this review.

Ys have been amazing, they have provided me with an amazing 2024 replacement car same day. They called me every week to give me updates on my case and when my car got returned after being repaired it was like brand new from the showroom with a full valet aswell. Can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely recommend to everyone. Best in the game by far

I had an accident came through to these brothers. The brothers are the sweatiest people you will ever hear from. Gave through all the information I needed to give about the RTC. And everything else was all automated. I had a hire car within 24 hours. I didt even know I had an RTC, that’s the way these brothers work. You only give them an initial ring of what happened. And the second ring they give you after a few days will be the case is sorted. These brothers are swift at what they do and respectful. If I ever do have another RTC I would not think twice before giving them a ring.

Once again, cant thank YS claims enough for their help and support through ought the duration of this claim. This is the second time in 6 months I have used their services and I can proudly say that they did not disappoint one bit! Amazing communication from the start till the end in keeping me updated with what is going and very swift process even when circumstances become difficult. Would highly recommend to anyone that gets into an accident.

Where do I start. From the day I was put in touch with Mohamed our experience has been brilliant. My granddaughter had an accident with a lorry who initially drove off and then returned to the scene but would not admit to liability. After supplying all the evidence and dash cam footage ‘the driver’ now admits liability and a settlement has been made.
The hard work and perseverance made by Mohamed and his team has been outstanding.
