I was involved in a Non Fault. Called up Ys Claims dealt with the case the whole process. At the end got paid out in full. NCB is protected and overall massive thanks to the team. Communication is on point and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend anyone who got into a ding give ys a ring.

Alhamdulliah brother Hasan and his team done an excellent service. Picked up the damage car within an hour of the incident and dealt with the claim swiftly. Couldn’t recommend these lads enough. seen them on tiktok but was unsure wether or not to use them, I’m genuinely glad i did. They made my claim easy and quick without any issues, especially hassan who handled my claim. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure the claim was sorted as soon as possible. Contacted them on the 4th July right after my crash and go through to them immediately, they provided me a replacement car to keep me mobile within 48hours. All in all the whole thing took a month which i know for sure it would have taken my insurance company a lot longer to sort out with constant hurdles.

Again thanks to the team at YS for handling my claim, will recommend to friends and family if they ever get into a ding.

Couldn’t recommend YS enough, second time using them and they sorted my repair out on my M2 within a matter of weeks as well as keeping me mobile in a Maserati as they pride themselves on a like for like replacement. Always a friendly and professional service with them.

I must say when I reached out to YS Claims regarding my non fault claim, I was pretty skeptical about going forward and using them to manage my claim however I decided to trust them and go ahead anyway. My vehicle was recovered by the YS team within 48 hours of me filing my claim and providing them with all the details and I was provided with a like for like replacement vehicle to my home address the very next day as my car was deemed unroadworthy due to the damage suffered! The vehicle was inspected as soon as it got to their secure storage unit as they don't like to waste time and then they waited for the third party to admit liability. 3 weeks later, third party had admitted liability and authorised the repair of my vehicle and the repair was complete within 3-4 days and the vehicle was restored to factory standards by a very well known super car bodyshop (unlike some of these insurance companies) and straight after repair, the vehicle was put on a recovery truck and delivered to my home address within hours the same day. Hassan from YS Claims maintained professionalism throughout the claim process and kept me updated with any updates during the process. Not only did they repair my vehicle to factory standards, they also did some complimentary work on another damaged panel on my vehicle (this was not part of the job) as well as a full valet in & out and a complimentary full tank of fuel.

I will definitely be recommending the YS team to anybody I know who gets in a non fault accident as it would be silly to go through your insurance company!

This brother hasan at ys claims is genuinely the most humble person he helped me throughout the whole process from min 1 to the end. He and his team were efficient and quick to deal with my claim. They took all the stress away and dealt with everything. I only had to provide details once and they did the work. Awful company to work with. Very shocking service never have your best Interest at heart. They transfer your to another claims company and once they get the commission they ignore all emails and calls. I’m constantly chasing them for my own car back out of storage and was told I need to pay charges. I bought my insurance of these boys and they forced me to give them to claim. They sell dodgy insurance and do dodgy claims. Just a middle man. It’s been 6 week I’ve reached a settlement figure and still ain’t been paid. This is awful the way you treat me. Minus 5 stars to be fair.
