Really useful website, comparing energy supply tariffs and companies. I rang and spoke to Sam on the phone and she ironed out a couple of queries I had and did all the hard work for me.

My original tariff ran out, didn't have a clue which other companies were best for me. Gave u switch a call and Gareth talked my through the steps.

Lorraine of uSwitch guided me through the switch procedure on 17 Apr 2020. Explained all my questions fully with patience. In two days my new supplier confirmed a seamless transfer. Spoke on the phone to Kathleen, currently working from home in Seaham, during the current restrictions. Kathleen explained everything clearly and with great patience, taking me step-by step through the process of changing my energy supplier. Having recently been widowed, and working through so many things for the first time on my own, it was a pleasure to speak to such a patient person, who took all the time I needed, to help me understand the process. USwitch are very fortunate to have her.

I spoke to Carl James 31st March. In the process of switching from Green Network Energy to Eon. Started this process on the 13th March only to find the electricity was ok but the gas had been left with GreeN Network Energy. Eon not taking any calls at the moment. Green Network not being helpful at all apparently Green Network withheld the gas at the time of the switch for no particular reason. Had an email yesterday from Eon saying they would be deducting for my electric but unable to monitor the Eon acct on line because it does not recognise the acct no. What a mess. I spoke to Green Network yesterday and they are now saying both electricity and gas are staying with them yet I got this email from Eon saying the will deducting for electricity in April.
Help anyway I spoke to Carl James yesterday and he was absolutely brilliant, so hoping this mess is going to be resolved thanks to Carl.

I have Just finished speaking to Sharlene at Uswitch about Changing energy supplier. She was very helpful and patient. I wont hesitate to use their services again.

Uswitch help me to review my utility costs which made me a saving from using Utility Warehouse which I always consider good value but were charging me more than 30% than my new supplier, the service was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, a big thanks to Uswitch. I will certainly recommend to friends & family to use.

Very misleading offers, tons of hidden costs. With uswitch it is impossible to get an unbiased option to switch.
No setup fees, then I find a £60 upfront cost to switch.

For the first time I wanted to switch supplier for gas and electricity so went online but because I had questions regarding smart meters I ended up on the phone .The person I spoke to Anna ? was so platient and helpful There were problems over the supply number but she stayed with me until I found the answer Brilliant customer service

I received excellent service from Julie, she helped me save £389.77, (DUAL FUEL) Julie was very helpful and had a lot of patients and was very courteous her telephone manner was very professional from the beginning to the end of our conversation.

Julie explained the process in details step by step and I understood, Julie is an asset to your company.

Talked to Mark Moore at Youswitch today 7th December 2019 about my energy supplier, he was most helpful and polite with providing me with a new tariff, making my payments reduced cannot thank him enough.

I switched today and received very good advice from Kathleen. I’ve made a significant saving and received in-depth information. I was very impressed with the service
