Having just used uSwitch for the first time I would like to say that it was easy and so professional, many thanks to Kelly who arranged the switch.

1st class service yet again. This time it was for a phone/broadband package. Special mention to Lucy who went above and beyond to help me.

Brilliant! very clean and concise information given, in a friendly and professional way. This was the first time I had contacted uSwitch so did not know what to expect, wonderful experience thank you Lynsey! I will definitely contact you again when I need some help changing services!!!

I switched energy suppliers today and the young lady on Uswitch, named Sky was extremely helpful and expllained everything to me properly. she also answered all my questions quickly and efficiently

I recently contacted uSwitch and changed my energy supplier within 10 minutes, saving over £600 p.a.
It was completely stress free and extremely easy. The uSwitch rep. was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I would highly recommend this service.

Finally gave in and thought of switching. Uswitch site very user friendly and made the whole process ridiculously easy.

Went on to check what our best energy price would be and it came up with Scottish power, now I know Scottish power is a rip off so why they are showing them as the best for us is shocking. Checked myself to see what our current provider would be and it is 1p cheaper per unit and the standing charge is 10p cheaper than Scottish power, I believe uswitch are getting paid by the bigger companies to put them at the top as this isn't the first time this has happened, absolutely disgusting of a comparison website to be looking out for the companies rather than the buyers, I wouldn't trust uswitch again. Check yourself not with a comparison website they are looking out for the big dogs now it's disgusting.

Lauren at uswitch was a fabulous and patient help for my mum too switch and save money, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, well done Lauren!!!!!!

I spoke to Pauline today about switching my dual fuel plan ,she was extremely patient wioth this oldie, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Fuel switched no hassle so easy very grateful to Pauline.

They are going to be a scam company. They promised me BT voucher and M&S voucher if I switch to BT broadband. I DID NOT RECEIVE any gift card after 5 months now. When I ask them by mail they ignoring me !!!! Just answer "speak with BT", even if before you buy they informing that vouchers are send by third party company.
DO NOT USE !!!!

Just went through the process of switching my energy supplier with Sophie. I must say she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that I was able to do this over the phone with her and not attempt to do it online myself.

Spoke to a fabulous assistant called Sam. Extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. In summary an excellent service and will definitely recommend to family and friends :))

The gentleman I spoke to (David Vox) was very cheerful, extremely polite, helpful and efficient. I went through to him as the website was not responding as it should have been and he carried out the required changes for me with no trouble at all.
