Jacket arrived and it's good quality and I'm very happy with it. Whilst it took slightly longer to come as I thought it would the company kept me updated and were quick to respond to any emails I sent which gave me confidence to order through them again in the future

Do not buy from this merchant. Goods are of a highly inferior quality and are at best very poor copies of what you ordered. I would give them a negative score if possible!

I would rate zero if i could. Not a UK company who sell quality items, the goods are from Pakistan and extremely poor quality. Multiple emails telling me its en route, it wasn't - and then when i raised an issue with my bank i suddenly got an email to say it had been lost but was now on the way. Finally arrived, totally awful, poor quality, letting ironed on and missing bits, no labels, just awful - fit for the bin. AVOID this company

I genuinely believed this was a UK company by the way it was advertised, but my package came from Pakistan.
UK Telephone number does not work
Quality of item was awful!
Return impossible.
Full refund impossible although said to have a 30 day return policy.

Totally unprofessional, back and forth emails…. their focus is to wear you out so you give up . That’s how they steal your money.

Ordered an item 16 days ago and still not despatched. Being messed around via email that my item is despatched but this is false. I have asked for a refund which is being ignored. Do not use this supplier

I am still waiting for my jacket £79 taken off me and not sent any jacket as promised. They have lied and will now bare the consiquenses ad I don t ever give up my money for nothing. Last chance after this weekend and I will be making a claim through the courts. As my brother is a barrister I have no doubt that he will bring fraud charges against Blackwell .

Avoid buying from here, waited almost a month and my order is “processing”. Emailed them a few times and got excuses saying my order was scheduled for delivery but a week later nothing arrived. Asked a few times for a refund and was fobbed off with excuses so I raised a dispute with my bank who are now dealing with it. I recommend raising a dispute if you are in the same situation and keep all emails ect as proof. Wish I had come here first to read the reviews.

Do not use this company.

They did not deliver the goods and promised a full refund. This had not happened. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

I highly recommend to not buy anything from this company. After reading reviews which were awful after I bought the product I decided to send a few emails. Nobody responded and I never expected to receive anything. By chance I came home one day and I had a package. Believe me, it was a piece of rubbish. Quality material was awful and it was not embroidery. It was a print on sticker that made it look cheap and awful. Do not buy from this company.

Unable to do returns as well as they keep asking questions

SCAM!! Ordered a leather "Beat it" jacket for women. I did read the reviews but it was on their website from verified buyers I did not know at the time that they can choose which stay up. After waiting for 8 days there was no tracking number and in their policy states that they ship in 2-3 days and deliver in about 8 working days after shipment. That's when I started looking into them. Here I was thinking this is a this is a small business I'll be supporting located in Birmingham but they are there in name only and discovered people on other websites saying that it cost them £45 for returns as you have to return to a different continent. That's when I exercised my right to cancel the order before shipping. They kept asking questions even though I sent 3 emails asking them to cancel. I told them that they lost me due to lack of transparency and warned them with chargeback with my bank. After 24h they have sent me a tracking number and that's when I opened a dispute through my bank WHICH I URGE EVERYONE TO DO. I sent all their emails and mine time stamped. After a while the jacket arrived. I said ok maybe it's good and I'll cancel the dispute. Well what do you know? It's mens, nothing like the picture where it looked like an actual bikers with zippers at the end of the sleeve but it looks worse than a cosplay one there are huge holes around the stitches but that's not the biggest problem when I opened it it was MOULDY and that's a health hazard. They started harassing me to cancel my dispute while refusing to reply to the bank. Every single email was uploaded into the dispute file and I let the bank solve the dispute and refused to reply to their harassment. After the bank won the dispute they started emailing me to send them the jacket back (mind you the mouldy one that went to the bin) or pay for it. I got one of the cosplays one instead from eBay that looks much better at a fraction of the cost. ACT FAST IF THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE ORDER! CONTACT YOUR BANK.

Do NOT buy from this company. They take your money and have no intention of supplying goods just a host of excuses as to why nothing has been shipped. If I could have a left a zero rating I would. After being told lies about my order for weeks I then had to keep chasing a refund. Avoid!

Yes it took a while for the item to arrive but it was totally worth it. The look on my daughter’s face when she received the ‘Project Hail Mary’ cardigan was priceless.

Thought it was a legit UK website. Didn't read the reviews (honestly my fault) and ordered a hoodie for a movie I liked. The hoodie came and it's honestly better than I expected it to be. But I just got LUCKY. Please do not order from here. It took 18 days to arrive and was dropshipped from china. This is NOT a trustworthy store. !!SCAM. AVOID!!

Taken my money,sent the wrong item, I had to pay to return back, tried to cancel my order, they declined and said it was to late as it was being processed, have still not received my order and have been waiting 5 weeks.

I ordered a Korn hoodie for £69 after reading reviews on the website. I should have checked Trust Pilot first. The order has been over 14 days & still not gone past processing. I have been asking to cancel the order for 3 days and they refuse to do so & ask me to allow more time. They're now saying its been dispatched & is in transit yet the tracking info hasn't been provided and the status hasn't changed from processing on their site. This item was needed for the weekend just gone and was a lot of money for me personally and it hasn't even been dispatched. See all other reviews. Upon reading the reviews on their website I can now see they are all fake and either AI generated or typed by the same person as they use language the average person wouldn't use to describe an item of clothing.
Please dont get scammed like me & the other people who have reviewed on here too. The owner of this company needs reporting and I will be taking this to trading standards as their policies are illegal too. I am working with my bank to get my money back.

Paid £79 for a blazer which was apparently Michelle Keegan brand, came ,had a Next label inside but had been altered to look like the one on the website but tiny!
No order form etc so no information to return.
Definitely a scam website!! When will any action be taken against these sites!!!!

Zero stars. Fake website, would advise you not to buy anything from Blackwell apparel.
Scam , selling fakes from Pakistan that took 1.5 months for shipment.
What was sent is totally the opposite off what was advertised.
