Exceptional swimwear brand, amazing quality and customer service. I had an issue with a swim suit 18 months after purchasing it and they sent me a replacement immediately! These suits are outstanding throughout pregnancy!

This company is amazing. I love their approach to body inclusivity. I had some unexplained damage to a bathing suit that I purchased a year ago. I sent an image of the damage to the company and they provided me with a gift card to replace the suit at no cost. Fantastic customer service.

I've purchased at least 4-5 swimsuits over the last few years, and although I have really loved the suits themselves, the lack of customer service has left me feeling uncomfortable with recommending the brand or making further purchases.

I have sent a few emails to the customer service team over the last few months, and although I received a confirmation email, I haven't actually received any response or follow up from the team. It's a bummer.

Update: response to reply. My inquiries have been related to questions regarding the rewards program and so are not tied to an order number. I sent the first query in March and I have tried to follow up many times with no success.

I am really disappointed in this brand. I bought two bikinis within a time frame of two years. Both of the bikinis did rip and not stand the stretch of a changing body! Especially considering the marketing of one size for all and the high price it seems very problematic to not actually work that way.

I had such a great experience with Youswim’s customer support. I reached out about an issue with one of my swimsuits, and even though it was over a year old and I didn’t have my receipt, their team went above and beyond to help me. Jake was incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process.

They ended up offering me a replacement at no cost, which I truly didn’t expect and really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products.

I’ve always loved their swimsuits (I get so many compliments every time I wear them!), and this experience just made me love the brand even more. Highly recommend! 💛

Absolutely love the feel and look of the swimsuits. I got the one piece with stretch II and I find it’s very flattering on me, especially after having a baby and a C-section. I did have an issue with my swimsuit and I contacted the company right away and without hesitation they sent me out a new swimsuit so I was extremely happy and satisfied overall.

Beautiful swimsuit but honestly it’s not long lasting at all. Stretched and discoloured with minimal wear. I am prepared to pay for an investment piece that is long lasting, but this is not it. Big disappointment and I hope to warn others.
