The bathing suit fits great. However, after wearing it for only one summer, the seam of the bottom broke and the elastic was visible. I’d always been very careful with wearing and washing the suit, so I send an email to customer service. Their respond was within three working days and they wanted to send a new piece. I thought I would only receive a new bottom, but they sent a whole new suit!

my youswim suit is one of my favorite suits i've ever had. so comfortable, moves through the different seasons of my body, and it is made well.
i recently had a small section of my suit lose its elasticity, making the suit look odd and stretched out. i reached out to customer service the person who helped me was very kind and helpful.

Truly a horrible experience. My bathers are only 1.5 years old and are essentially unwearable.
The front section of the top piece has become see-through to the point of not being able to wear it. After following You Swim’s care guidelines perfectly, I assumed my pair was faulty.
After reaching out to You Swim’s customer service, I was told the most they can offer me is a 15% refund. This is an unbelievable response to providing a faulty product. They refuse to replace or provide a more substantial refund, as my pair is over 12 months old.
Within my communication with You Swim customer service, I was told that “this type of damage can also be caused when suits have been adjusted a little too firmly while wearing” - this is a wild statement considering the entire point of their bathers is that they can stretch to fit multiple sizes. For reference, I am a UK/AUS 10 and wear the Stretch 1 which claims to fit size 6-16.
Upon requesting further explanation of this statement made by You Swim customer service, I have been left ignored twice and am now at 2.5 weeks post last email response.
I wouldn’t suggest emailing them unless you want horrible customer service. And considering the cost of You Swim bathers + what the company stands for, I would have expected far better.
I will never recommend You Swim.

EDIT: After I published this review, I was contacted by You Swim directly. I was offered an apology for my experience, along with a full refund and the offer of a replacement swimsuit.
This is definitely more positive than what I had initially experienced and I do thank them for rectifying the situation in this way.

I had an issue with some damaged items two times now, and I received replacements for free both times. You couldn’t ask for better customer service! I will be a Youswim customer for life.

Customer service is excellent and very generous. I will continue supporting and recommending You swim to others.

I had some troubles with the first swimsuit, but the Youswim team was amazing and sent me a gift card for a new one. They are awesome & so accommodating! Shop them!

The team at YOUSWIM is absolutely wonderful! After 2 years of having my suit it got damaged by chemicals in a hot tub. When I reached out to the team they were very quick to reply and send me a brand new suit at no charge!

Absolutely love my suit. It fits perfectly and makes me feel so confident. Also some of the best customer service I have experienced!

Over the past few years of wearing Youswim, I’ve had two defective suits where the stretch came undone. Both times, including this recent occasion, YS has responded to my email warmly and with great understanding. They always make sure the customer is happy with their product. The first time I had a defective suit they sent me a replacement and this time they sent me a gift card. Outstanding customer service!

I have always been hesitant about buying bathing suits, especially bikinis as a plus size girlie. you know the type; heavy tits, big ass, curvy girlie. so ive really tried so many different brands, and this bathing suit. it made me feel SO confident. I literally remember the first time I put it on I had just EATEN A WHOLE MEAL but was so excited. usually id be poking and lifting and manipulating my body but I was immediately excited. I just bought my second one because this has truly changed the game for summer!

Please can somebody help me. I have contacted the company numerous times to arrange a return but no one is getting back to me and the returns portal simply doesn’t work.

My suit top was thinning from a bikini that I had bought from youswim a few summers ago. I reached out to their team to see if something could be done, with the hope that they may send me a replacement suit. Knowing their pieces are quite the investment and stretch with you, I was quite bummed about my top. I knew I wouldn’t be able to wear it with confidence anymore.

They went above and beyond in their follow up, explaining how the imperfection may have occurred, and then sent a voucher for a replacement suit. This exact scenario is why I support sustainable brands when I can. Superb customer service and swift resolution. This alone has secured them a loyal brand advocate. That advocate being me. The next time I need a new suit, I will be no doubt be repurchasing from youswim. Amazing products with a sustainable company ethos I can back as a consumer. Thank you youswim! ❤️

Der Bikini sitzt toll, angenehmes Material. Lieferzeit betrug ca. 14 Tage. Leider kamen sehr hohe Gebühren bei der Päckchenannahme hinzu, womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte: die DHL Paketbotin wollte rund 63,- EUR an Zoll und Gebühren. Diese Angaben wären beim Bestellprozess hilfreich gewesen und nicht bei Päckchenannahme. Es ist schon klar, dass GB nicht mehr in der EU ist, aber so hohe Gebühren habe ich nicht erwartet.

I’ve been a Youswim customer for six years now and have a purchased a handful of suits in that time. Each swimsuit has been on a different journey with my body, they have all retained their shape, support and comfort after numerous wears, washes & swims. It is the only swimsuit I will wear and that makes sense for my changing body. Their customer service is so friendly and prompt, if I’ve had any questions they’ve responded very quickly. I really like their suits. They are comfortable and lightweight. Easy to travel with. My first order was lost in transit and the company immediately sent another one, which arrived. No hesitation in sending out another order. With the excellent customer service I received they get high marks.

I bought two of these bikinis at full price. Both have started to unravel after only 2 summers (I live in the UK so they only getting an outing once or twice a year on holiday). I contacted youswim but they weren’t interested as I’d had them over a year despite only been worn a handful of times. For a premium item they should last longer. The colours are lovely but I wouldn’t bother, I’ve had £20 bikinis that last longer.

DON’T BUY! I can’t believe I got duped; I made sure to check out the website and trust pilot reviews and believed it was a reputable company. They have a big ‘sale’ drive and of course people will look to buy the half price items since full price is so expensive. When it arrived, it was too small. I went online to send back and l then found in the convoluted returns procedure that they do not offer return, exchange or refund for sale items. This is unlawful in the UK so I’ll try and go through ombudsman. Aaaargh!

Love my YouSwim - such amazing fabric that stretches and fits so well. Just got the new Aroha in espresso and can’t wait to wear it. Everything arrives beautifully packaged as well.

LOVE the bathers ,they are super comfortable, supportive and feel amazing on my skin.
