I want to start by saying a special thanks to Jordan Francalanza from the Your Mortgage People for his professionalism and attention to detail. I had spoken to 3 mortgage brokers regarding my remortgage and purchase, which was not yielding any result. I came across YMP randomly on the internet and I am so happy I did. I was in debt; I wanted to consolidate my debts and I also needed extra funds for home improvements. Everything worked out like a miracle and started seeing results within a week of the first telephone conversation.Jordan was always available for any questions or queries and I will not hesitate to recommend this company.

I would just like to say having Your Mortgage People organise a mortgage for me and my wife has been a very positive experience. Mortgages can be very stressful to sort but it is fair to say Your Mortgage People took the stress away and were most helpful and kept us up to date as the process moved forward. Initially Mathew (sorry I can’t remember his sir name) started the mortgage process for us and then we dealt with Ben Bryant and Owen Miles towards the end. I cannot speak highly enough of how these guys treated us and how helpful and supportive they were during the mortgage application. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Mortgage People to anyone thinking of going for a mortgage. Helpful, curtious and very professional pretty well covers how we were treated and I am very thankful for all the help my wife and I got from Your Mortgage People and the people I named earlier for all their help. Thank you to James, Andrew and Owen for helping me achieve my remortgage for my renovations to a very loved Grade II listed Cottage. An absolute pleasure to work with such professionals that place the utmost importance in getting the right product to meet your needs. Communication at all levels completely perfect, adhering to your needs on top of their agenda, information and clarity faultless. Everything completed in a timely manner as given in their time estimation and all this whilst I managed to continue working with clear mind whilst al the hard work was completed behind the scenes. I would absolutely recommend their services and a special applause for Shahid Khan who was just A1, so professional, thorough and courteous every step of the way.

Very professional and communicative

Company was professional and handled everything reasonably well.
When fee are discussed I was told it would be around £200 which was paid.
I asked the worker of this was Al that was charged only to go d out later they wanted about £1500 in completion fees.
Very deceptive company

I recently dealt with Your Mortgage People and I have to be completely honest. I am more than impressed with the way everything was handled, but especially the staff. In particular, I would like to say a huge thank you to Oliver Roe. Oliver went above and beyond for myself and my family, and he put up with all my questions and queries and concerns with such a friendly and compassionate attitude. Oliver is truly an asset to the company. I would also like to thank Laura for assisting and putting my mind at ease. Overall, the service I received from this company was brilliant. I would also like to acknowledge Simon, who stepped in at the last minute and assisted whilst Laura was on leave. This company goes out of its way to make sure that you have a seamless journey with them. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all you did.

Its the first time in years we have changed our mortgage lender so we contacted your mortgage people for advice and guidance.
They proceed to find us the right mortgage with a good rate which benefits us greatly.
From start to finish around 6 weeks which is about the norm when changing lenders firstly andy was our go to mortgage advisor who found us the mortgage. He was literally first class in advice and correspondence who found us the best deal.
We then was passed on to mia who's guidance and professionalism from phone calls to emails was impeccable
From our first contact to the final conversation upon completion mia was brilliant and understanding and a total professional and is a credit to your Mortgage People .
We will definitely us their services again in a couple of years time when we re Mortgage and hopefully I drop on Andy and mia .
