I recently used this company to arrange a secured loan and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly helpful and supportive. He kept in regular contact with me throughout the application, calling to update me on progress and making sure I always knew what was happening. When issues came up, he went back and forth with the lenders to get things resolved and kept pushing the application forward. He became far more involved than he needed to be, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to help me get the loan completed.

I’d also like to mention Sophie, who helped with the administration and processing of my application. She liaised with the lender and helped ensure that the required documentation and paperwork were provided and actioned so that everything could keep moving forward. A lot of this work happens behind the scenes, but it was an important part of getting the application completed, and I really appreciate her help.

What really stood out was the level of communication and personal support throughout the process. I never felt like I was just another application being processed — Peter kept checking in, chased things when necessary and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for help with their finances. My experience from start to finish was excellent, and I’m extremely grateful to Peter and Sophie for all the time, effort and support they put into helping me get the loan over the line.

His knowledge and ability to turn ‘mortgage talk’ into an ‘interesting conversation’ was faultless and his willingness to go the extra mile was very much appreciated.
