Ordered a magazine in January and it still hasn't arrived.
They didn't even give me a tracking number so I have no idea where my order is.

After I left this review I immediately got an E-Mail asking me to remove this review. I find that very unprofessional and weird.

Incredibly well organised Harryfest event. Johnny Bancroft and his team made it such fun and were really lovely and welcoming. Got my tickets as soon as I ordered them- no problems. Hope they do another one soon!

Magazine not as described. Customer service very bad and left my 12 year old daughter sore and out of pocket money! She bought what was called "Cover and Article" of Billie Eilish. "defective cover" was written in the description. What arrived was a Sunday supplement article with no cover cover at all, defective would have been fine. The cover was a Sainsburys advert for sweetcorn! We wrote complaining with a photo, they said send it back for a refund, she was loath to spend more money on the postage but reluctantly did (she's 12). I handed it directly at the post office myself, they claimed it hadn't been returned but refunded a weird 3/4 of the cost "for good will" and didn't offer to pay the postage either. Very poor. I gave 2 stars because at least they answered messages... Now they have responded I am even more unhappy because they are saying they said something they didn't say to make them look better. At they time they could have easily refunded the 6 odd quid and be done with it without needing it to be returned, they knew what they had sold her wasn't worth anything!

Found a magazine on this site that I thought I'd missed out on . Placed my order then announced my news to family. Transpired my daughter , knowing I badly wanted ot, had sourced one for me. Contacted company requesting cancellation and received a friendly personal reply confirming cancellation within minutes - and this was on a Sunday. Impressive!

I'm really happy with my order!! the magazine is well packaged it's great!! and it's not very expensive so it's great!! i live in france, so it makes me very happy to be able to buy magazines like that! ( I took the annual review of harry styles )

A great variety of magazines

They creepingly found me on twitter replying to my a celebrities tweet about where to get the magazine he’s in. The magazine on their website was overly priced and was charged more than stated for shipping. But I was desperate and couldn’t find anywhere else to buy it. The magazine came bare in a plastic satchel that was ripped in multiple places. The magazine had absolutely no protection from weather or anything else it could have faced along its journey from the UK to Australia. I would avoid buying from this company.

I had a great experience with Your Celebrity Magazines. When my magazine purchase arrived without the expected CD included, I contacted them. Jonny of their staff responded promptly, hunted a copy down and mailed it from the UK to the US. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated and the reason for this review.

Some issues with the delivery time, through the fault of publisher, not Celeb Mags!
All dealt with very professionally, respectfully and in quick time!

Have ordered my daughter a couple of editions from celebrity magazines: Tom Holland and Austin Butler - both fabulous! Each experience was amazing - wonderful communication from the company (particularly Jonny). This is now our go-to site for the best magazines - cannot praise highly enough!

Celebrity Magazines always comes through when I want an issue that features my favorite Scottish actor and is only available across the pond or impossible to find where I live in US. Delivery is quick . Rare problems are resolved right away by excellent customer service!

My order for a magazine arrived damaged in the post. Emailed the company and spoke with Jonny, his replies
were fast and courteous, the replacement arrived today.

I love Your Celebrity Magazine! Excellent service!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very nice and helpful. I recommend them to my friends, especially in the Outlander fandom. They get different types of magazines that sometimes I can’t get elsewhere and I live in the United States. Sam Heughan is my favorite and I collect as many magazines as I can with him in them, even back issues that I missed the first time.
