It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my magazine. Two weeks ago, I posted a negative review here, but the shop owner “kindly” asked me to remove it, saying that the delay was caused by DHL and not their service. I decided to delete the review, hoping they would genuinely try to help resolve the situation, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

Since then, the communication has been very unhelpful. I was repeatedly told that they were trying to contact DHL, yet I never received any meaningful updates or useful information. The only thing I know is that the package can no longer be tracked and is supposedly stuck somewhere in Germany.

At this point, I honestly don’t even know if I’ll ever receive my order. I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled, and if there’s still no proper response or resolution from the shop soon, I will most likely request a refund.

Your rep Lindy was the best. He/She,? Kept on it to solve the issue of no delivery. Many emails keeping me informed. Finally got the message that it was shipped. Checked the mailbox and it was there!! Yeah! !!!

Do not buy from this company they take your money and don’t provide you with your items then they ignore all form of contact. I wouldn’t even give them the one star

Had to chase up my order. Then received one out of three items. Contacted them again to be told both was coming out. Received two separate emails for each item with same tracking number. Then only received one of the items. Emailed, messaged on messenger and commented on their post asking for a response. Got ignored. So took my money and didn’t provide my item

Ordered on 1sr April with a release date of 23rd but didn’t receive it until the 5th of May! 2 weeks late and customer services only responding the day after it was delivered with “ I believe that this was delivered yesterday!“ no apology for the wait or explanation as to why it took so long and the exclamation point is just plain rude.

I sent them photos of the condition my Magazine was delivered in (badly damaged cover and lots of creases) and i got no further support from them, will edit this review if anything new comes up

They truly understand how to make a fangirls life easier!
Especially limited prints can give you such FOMO and it's nice to know someone got your back.

Incredible staff, so helpful and very kind. Although some magazines may look pricy you have to understand that they’re paying for the delivery, import fees and so on… and compared to resellers online these guys are the best priced around! Will go above and beyond for customers wanting a magazine. Fast delivery. 10/10 recommend

The magazines are pricy which is the reason of 4 stars instead of 5, but customer service is great and you can actually talk to someone. I really appreciate that. I am quite pleased and will order through them again.

Order no. LY893346750DE. I ordered a warehouse for another country in November, so I expected the package to take a little longer. It arrived at the beginning of the year and was immediately returned, likely due to an incomplete address. I don't know the exact details, as there's practically no contact. The package should have been returned to the sender at the beginning of March, and I still haven't received a refund for the product that didn't arrive. Communication is minimal, which is downright embarrassing. I sent numerous messages, and only a few received a response telling me to wait—has it been several months? I don't recommend using a service that doesn't respond to requests and avoids the subject.
