We’ve been customer with Yo Telecom for last 5-6 years. We find their service efficient and swift response to queries. I have awarded 5 stars solely based on my last query and how it’s been dealt with by the specific team member. There was an oversight from the accounts team few years ago, for which I contacted Yo Telecom in May 2025. My query was dealt by Sagar from the termination team. Sagar has dealt with this query from start and ensured it was concluded in the most satisfactory manner. Sagar is definitely a valuable asset to Yo Telecom. He was always available to take my call, provide reassurance and made sure he worked on the case until fully resolved. Huge thank you to Sagar.

We’ve been with Yo Telecom for around two years now, and the service has consistently been excellent. Recently, we experienced an intermittent fault where our connection would occasionally drop—always a tricky issue to diagnose. Thankfully, Yo Telecom’s support team was fantastic. The fault was quickly logged and escalated to their third-line support, who monitored the situation closely. They confirmed that the main Starlink connection appeared stable, suggesting the issue might lie with the installed router.

Despite our remote location in the Highlands—about an hour from Inverness—an engineer was on-site within 24 hours. Geoff, the attending engineer, quickly identified the issue: a recent software update had altered a setting on the router, causing the dropouts. He resolved it swiftly and kept us fully informed throughout. He was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

All in all, a big thumbs up to Yo Telecom. From our phone lines to the internet and their IP-based phone system, the service has been reliable and top-quality. Based on my experience running a business with them, I’d highly recommend Yo Telecom to anyone considering a new provider. And special thanks again to Geoff—brilliant work!
