York Camera Mart Ltd Anmeldelser

They checked the purchase was going to be compatible with the camera and then hand delivered the product .Very impressed

Great customer service, purchased a new bridge camera and a telephoto lens for another camera. Staff explained fully on how to use, even let us try them for weight, handling, balance etc. Couldn't fault service. Nice to see shop with actual goods, so you can get a feel of the products instead of buying on line.

All good thankyou.

This was exactly the lens I was looking for.

A quick and very pleasant phone call to check one or two things, job done.

Lens arrived the following day, very well packed and exactly as described.

I'll be back

Jo

Courtesy call from the shop to let me know of the upgrades specs for the bino👍🏻. Quick dispatch👍🏻 Happy viewing now👍🏻

Excellent service by knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service and couldn’t be anymore helpful.

Although I had a rough idea about what I wanted but being a novice and knowing very little about photography Garry guided me through the best camera and lenses to buy as an entry point into the world of photography. I was very grateful for his guidance and honesty.

York Camera Mart rang me soon after opening time the next day to check that the lens was compatible with my camera before they posted it off.
It arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.
I have bought from this company before and would do so again.

I've used York Camera Mart several times, they've always been very helpful and knowledgeable, listening to what I was looking for and offering wonderful advice. Such a wonderful shopping experience and now doing mail order, brilliant.

I emailed the company because the item was out of stock to enquire when it would be coming back into stock.

The company emailed me back when the item was in stock which was very useful because I needed it for a birthday present.

It was nice being contacted by a human instead of a computer in this day and age!

I bought the item and it arrived well packaged and in good time. I would buy from this company again!

The on hand information was fantastic, when I spoke the staff. Ordered on line, packed well and delivered next day.

i got what i ordered relatively quickly at a competitive price. fast delivery. ive been into the shop before and always great service by people who are knowledgeable.

Great service I belive I got a great price and delivery was fast no hassle opted for free shipping they noticed my address and realized they had staff who lived close by so got them to drop it off ordered Friday in my hand Monday now that's what I call a 5 star service definitely will be using these guys/gals again

Good service, prompt delivery - thank you

I bought used binoculars with a case as a present for my grandson.
Binoculars were fine. However, someone had tried to repair the top of the case and had done a very bad job. Because of time constraints, I had to carefully remove the top of the case and reattach it in the correct position. Not best pleased.

My most recent purchase was a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di III Macro VXD, which is fantastic. They didn't have it in stock, but it only took a couple of days for them to ship it to me.

Quick turnaround from
