Yonder, is a different type of credit card still operating as a normal card but at the same time every penny to pound I spend is still working by keeping my cost low how? by collecting/ using my points that I have collected whilst just using the yonder card doing normal shoping and paying for my shopping by card or redeeming my points to pay in full, Thanks Yonder

Having the lowest interest rate I've ever had before it's a no brainer everything you spend is displayed clearly your balance and credit levels are displayed clearly it makes everything easier for me. Thanks

Same as others that have been posted today . Account permanently suspended. Not replying to messages and not returning my money or letting me send out my money

Very good customer service. Never any issues with the company. Great rotation of offers and points can be used on flights! Really enjoying the local London experiences which get offered and the occasional free pint 😉

Avoid at all costs.

Yonder blocked me from accessing and spending my own money without providing any clear justification.

In my experience, their staff appeared unfamiliar with the obligations expected of an FCA-regulated business. They also seemed to have a limited understanding of their own product and internal procedures.

Despite repeated requests, they consistently refused to explain why my funds were being withheld.

The app itself feels clunky and unfinished, almost as though it is still in a beta-testing phase.

Based on my experience, I have very little confidence in the future of this business and would not recommend it to others.

Same issue as others described - suddenly suspended my account for no reason other than ‘ As a regulated financial institution, we’re required by our regulator to conduct regular reviews of our members’ accounts.’ without any previous warning. Then different people asking me the same thing ie verify my ID.

I’ve been using Yonder for around a year and, until recently, I genuinely loved it. The app is brilliant, the card works seamlessly, and the rewards structure is great.
However, out of nowhere, they completely decimated my credit limit without a single word of warning. When I contacted support to find out what had happened, they flatly refused to give me any reason whatsoever for the reduction, and absolutely refused to reinstate my original limit.
What makes this worse is that I am a loyal customer on their paid Full Membership subscription (£15/month). To be treated with such automated indifference when you are actively paying a monthly fee to use their service is insulting. They seemed more than happy to lose me as a customer rather than offer any human flexibility or explanation.
It's a real shame because the tech and product are excellent, but the back-end customer care and lack of transparency mean I can no longer trust or recommend them. If you rely on a stable credit limit, look elsewhere.

Terrible. Got the card and tried to make a payment via PayPal which apparently isn’t allowed. Account been suspended over week, chat keeps saying 1 day 3 days 7 days don’t get any response from anyone. Really wouldn’t bother using if you like customer service can’t physically speak with anyone. Asked me some questions then don’t bother replying. No point having it on my credit file if I can’t actually use it?

Worst bank ever they take your money then freeze your account and make u wait for over 2 weeks dont recommend this shit bank id rather bank else where guys dont bank here unless u want them to take ur money then close your account

Very poor experience. I took out the card because it had a 10k limit and I had planned a few big purchases at a low APR for a credit card.
They lowered my limit to 4.5k within a few months of me taking the card out, for no reason whatsoever, the highest balance I had was around £500, I simply won't use the card again. Really poor rewards for using it anyway. Amex so much better....and they aren't brilliant!

I love using this card. Everything is great!

Love the app design and how easy it is to use your points (no extra codes etc). Brilliant customer service. Love that it’s accepted everywhere unlike other points cards and no fees to use when away on holiday!

Super fast set up, great reward system and overall easy to use app.

My credit limit was reduced without notice. I was told this was due to a review but at no point was I asked for any information about my income, assets and expenses. I have never missed a payment with this company.

For a new bank, they’re supportive and quick to respond.

Many good deals/rewards with a varied choice of companies

They are growing with consistent and useful place to spend the points, and the 'get extra point or spend points when buying from any airlines' is super useful

Accepted me for a credit card for me to use it once the card had come through the post they start asking me to provide my identity they have no phone number to call them on its a waist of time not happy with my experience
