An app based credit card, lives or dies on the app experience. And it is mixed, while very flashy and feature rich it quite often becomes partially unresponsive. For example example buttons work by swipes don't resulting in having to restart it and lose what you were trying to do.

As for the credit card itself, good concept and I like the idea of experiences. However is very London centric, other cities are covered but we are talking just a few restaurants. Here in Glasgow (they said they supported it) there are a total of 4. Might cancel it when tried those 4 if more don't come.

Absolutely amazing credit card - I love building up my points, and value back is great. Have had it for over six months now. I had 50% off a hotel bill, after just a few months of use! Have also enjoyed the very swanky App, and kind of love that Yonder is less known, so I know my money isn't just ending up with the big giants out there making the rich richer.

Yonder has been a great way of discovering new restaurants/brands while also shopping on some familiar brands as well. I generally like the UI and the points system is not bad. I do have to say that some of their partners seem over priced or annoying to buy from like Trainpal for example. Works for some but I have just gone back to Trainline. So much smoother and no annoying gamified voucher experiences. That's not necessarily their problem, but they should add more partners than cater to a wider range of budgets.

It’s a good card… modern app, helpful customer service staff
From a rewards perspective I cannot comment as I am busy accumulating the rewards. What I can say, however, is that they are generous compared to others . More indulgent rather than everyday but I guess it gives the cardholder something to look forward to

Think the app is quite good and support was really helpful. The only thing is I wish there was more customisation for sorting things. For example sorting my transactions into categories myself instead of the auto assigning.

I’ve used Yonder now for a few months and I’m very impressed. The app is pleasant to use and feels effortless, easy to top up and use the card itself. Great physical cards are free too and look amazing both on Apple Pay and online. Customer service is helpful and friendly compared to other card providers and their rewards system, while still requiring larger spends to redeem rewards, is substantially better than those provided by banks. In terms of improvements, I’d like to see more provided for value on the paid plans and offer a larger range of rewards to redeem points. Great for those who want rewards but without using a credit card necessary, however, their credit card surely is good too.

Great interface for the online app. You get a clear notification when you spend and how much you:ve spent. Also can accumulate points that you can redeem at various places.

Really easy to use and I’m building up points to spend on my trips to London and abroad.

This company is a scam: they not only closed my account and claimed it had no outstanding balance, but then also took my refund amount.

Great rewards and excellent customer service
I’ve had a really good experience with Yonder. The customer service team are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed them.
The rewards scheme is genuinely great – I’ve saved a lot of money using my Yonder points and redeemed them for experiences as well as money off bills. It actually feels like you’re getting something back for everyday spending.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Yonder to anyone looking for a rewards-based card with solid customer support.

Absolutely brilliant from customer service to everything else.Keep doing what your doing.

Much better rewards than Amex, I am able to utilise the rewards much more regularly also.

They provide a lot of points but not sure how well they can be utilized.

9200 points for a redemption of 30£ and I had to spend 1800+£ to get a reward of 30£ which looks very negligible. Not sure if this is worth with the annual fee of 195£.

Whereas customer response is immediate but response is Ok.

Best credit card I’ve used. I love the rewards points system, which is simple and genuinely rewarding. The app is also incredibly easy to use, making it straightforward to track spending, manage my account, and redeem rewards. Overall, a great experience and a card I’d highly recommend
